Apartment vacation rentals in Mekong River

Our stay at the Riverside area in Phnom Penh was absolutely memorable. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the view of the city skyline—especially during sunrise and sunset—was simply spectacular. The location is perfect for tourists, with major attractions easily accessible by tuk-tuk or even on foot. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how cool and efficient the air conditioning was—a real comfort in Phnom Penh’s warm climate. Overall, it was a peaceful and convenient base for exploring the city, and I’d gladly stay there again.

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

Great place to stay when visiting HCMC! The apartment was has everything you might need. A pool is also a big plus :) Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

I stay in this condo multiple times with different hosts’ room but Monika brings my experience to a different level. Her place made me feel like home. Monika knows I need to work remotely so she proactively upgraded the internet package to meet my needs. Monika responds to my message in a reasonable reply time manner. Before we arrive, she pre check the room and make sure it meet her standard. Her room is full of home warming decor that she likes. Very secure condo and area with face scan entrance. During my stay, there was a tiny issue and I messaged Monika, she respond right away and provide a complete solution. She even came and visit the other day and greeted me in person. We have a great chat together and she show me around in the EmDistrict. I love this condo because there are 3 different exits to 2 major roads. In case one of the road has traffic jam, we can use another route to get out of the area. Condo provide free shuttle service to BTS station in every 15 mins

It was a cute little place, walking distance to everything we needed. We loved the security man up front. Had a bit of pest problem but Mo fixed the problem immediately. Thanks for hosting Mo!

The most comfortable stay in Bangkok yet. I come to Bangkok every few months and this is the most affordable, convenient AND clean accoms I’ve stayed in. I love the neighborhood, with a laundry, 7-11 and the train station just less than 5 mins away. The building may be older but the unit was so new and clean I would stay here again if it wasn’t booked out for my next trip. Communication was great too:)

Wonderful location, absolutely spotless and beautiful accomodation with very friendly host! Being welcomed back each day by Picasso the adorable cat was also an added bonus 🐱

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

Had an incredible stay! First of all, the place was really nice, very clean, looked like the pics. And the location is great to visit siem reap. And the host was amazing: she was very responsive, helped us plan the whole trip, had very good recommendations, and made sure everything was okay during our stay. Highly recommend this place!!

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

Hao's place was a perfect base to explore Hanoi. It is walkable to most major attractions and nice restaurants nearby. It's clean, has extras which are really useful like the screen to watch TV and sports! Host is also really helpful and responsive. I wanted to stay an extra night and they sent me another apartmenf in the same building which was equally as nice since the one we were in was booked. Thank you for all your help !!

Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was good but the only odd is that I didn’t realize I’ll have to pay for parking per hours so prepare for 240k vnd/day if you arrive with a car.

Chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và khung cảnh cũng rất đẹp. Tất cả bát đĩa đều sạch sẽ, tủ lạnh khá to và bếp có ấm siêu tốc, lò vi sóng Toà nhà có bảo vệ ở tầng một, vì vậy rất an toàn. Có một trung tâm mua sắm ở tầng dưới, vì vậy nó rất tiện để mua sắm, ăn uống Starbucks, McDonald's, Haidilao.. Khu vực xung quanh thật tuyệt vời. Đó là một chỗ ở tốt, chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Chắn chắn tôi sẽ quay lại.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
