If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

i had a pleasant time with Youssef and his little family. This traditional home has so much character. The welcome, dinner and breakfast, all of them quality. Feel free to visit this family from El Khank village if you pass by.

The apartment is large and well equipped. It is located very close to the Medina. There is a large park (botanical garden) right across the street. The best place to stay in Fez. We stayed there for 4 days.

We really enjoyed our time at Simo’s place. The home is very comfortable. We were greeted like friends and felt right at home. He was happy to assist with laundry and local recommendations. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and creative design. Simo has fully decorated the home with pride and craftsmanship - local fossils and stones integrated into the home, collector items, antiques, crate furniture and shelves, unique light fixtures. Truly inspiring. So glad we stopped in Midelt during the long journey from the Sahara to Fes.

We stayed for three nights at Riad Dar Alexander and would highly recommend it to anyone! The entire Fes medina is very confusing, however Zahrae met us at a drop off point and escorted us to the riad, providing many useful wayfinding tips along the way. The riad itself is spectacular - the majesty of the space is breathtaking. The only caution is the steps, it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. We were extremely comfortable and well taken care of by Zahrae, Hasna and Selma. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Fes.

very calm and peaceful stay with family in the middle of the countryside. house is spacious with a big pool and a beautiful view of surrounding hills. nearest town (sidi allal elbahraoui) is 20 min away and has all what you need for your stay. No Wifi. Phone (4G/5G) coverage is intermittent.

We felt at home, the accommodation is perfect, there is everything you need for an excellent stay, the perfect pool, really great relaxing area, we will come back insh'Allah. Thank you a lot for availability.

We had a great time; pleasant and relaxing. The accommodation was clean and functional in an ideal setting: beautiful garden and pool. The hosts are adorable and attentive. Smooth exchanges and pleasant communication with Simo who was always responsive and considerate. We'll be happy to go back!

State of the art villa with amazing views and privacy. Need a car to access, about 20 mins to nearest supermarket. Ali was super helpful. Few issues with the facilities but did not harm our experience- would love to visit again. Thanks!

everything is good starting to check in until the last day we stay 5 people with a beautiful place but maybe for the directions to get to the house it's a little less accurate because the point makes us confused

Our host arranged our reception at the airport and the welcome by Mohammed's father was warm. Regarding the apartment: the rooms were spacious and colorful and the beds very comfortable. The terrace was also super nice, with lovely views. Mohammed is an easy-to-contact host, very considerate and friendly.

Esmail is an incredible guy, made us feel at home, showed us his culture since we arrived, he looked for us in the village in his 4x4 and we took a night walk that we will not forget… good food, good rolo, all his team very friendly and helpful

The space is cool Location is secure The furniture is clean and tidy Access is easy and clear The site is flawed that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the third floor
