I was attracted by the beautiful pictures Sonhild posted of her “Fab Artist’s House” and I booked the riad for 4 nights for me and my family. After booking, Sonhild was very responsive to the myriad questions I had and sent comprehensive descriptions of the riad, things to do, places to see, and favorite eateries in the medina. She clearly loved Fes and wanted her guests to have a great experience. In her communications, Sonhild also introduced us to Said, the person who manages the riad and takes care of the guests on a daily basis. He met us at the train station, arranged for two mini-taxis to get us to the medina, made sure we were situated and comfortable in the riad, made an incredible breakfast each morning with Amina, his wonderful wife, made suggestions about what to see, and even rescued us when we got lost in the medina. Said, I must say, was amazing and one of the kindest people and purest of souls. He added a very human touch to our experience in Fes.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

We went 3 families and we had the entire house to ourselves. Phenomenal located, in a quiet area, within the Medina but close to the access area. We have dinner one night at home, traditional food (soup and cuscus) cooked there by the lady who takes care of the house. Homemade breakfast also very good. Everything clean and the team that takes care of the house very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will recommend it!

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of this unique magic that only the Fez medina can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and Abdelali's soul is present at all times. The terrace offers stunning views of the Fez medina, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent moments of joy and relaxation there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

Everything was perfect! Really nice people, they helped us a lot with everything. They organized our pick up from the airport, Taha, a very nice guy, came to take us to the apartment, he was willing to help with anything, Rachid also! Absolutely, a really pleasant experience, thanks to their willingness, help and kindness!

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

Very nice apartment on the top floor, near the terrace, a very well located riad in the medina, and easy to find. We join all the previous thanks regarding the hosting in Zineb's family. Kindness, great attention to our well-being, sincere generosity, ease of exchanges, delicious meals. We had a great time during the sacred music festival.

Riad very well located in the medina. The upstairs terrace and pool are very pleasant. I would this property. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which is not very local with industrial products (orange juice, jams, honey), it's a shame knowing how excellent Moroccan products can be.

Such an amazing and well kept riad. Everything about it was such high quality. We had such a relaxing time exploring the beautiful surroundings and sitting by the pool. A much needed break after days wandering the Marrakech medina :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel-style palace in Fes! The space was elegant, clean, and full of traditional charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere of the city. Near the road but at the foot of the dunes. A beautiful pool. A very good welcome, the rooms and the well appointed and clean spaces. Good food that differs a little from everyday tagine. It's possible to book a night in the desert. Be made clear if there are musicians. I highly recommend the shepherd's kasbah

I feel like I didn’t pay enough for the location, decor, cleanliness, comfort, and serene view of the river and mountains from the balcony. Restaurant serves great food. I tried to extend my stay after night my first night, but they were fully booked. Great place.

We had a great stay at Riad Yacout. Asmae in the reception is a STAR. Kind, helpful, efficient, professional and always with a smile! Aziz is you host and he is A KING! We were put in a nice room at the front looking out at the mosque with a large confortable bed and a spotless cleen bathroom. Nur Al-din is the perfect ROCK in the kitchen area and among the waiters.
