This lovely Medina house has three double bedrooms with private bathroom. The approximate price for a room is 35 euros per night. The perfect location and the relaxed friendly atmosphere and great service makes this the perfect base for discovering the Medina and the surrounding area. Dar Houdou is located on a quiet street in between the two main market streets of Talaa Sghira and Talaa Kabira. Only a few minutes walk from taxis, cafes and restaurants of the Batha and the Bab Boujeloud (blue gate) areas. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor of the house overlooking the inner courtyard and the third is on the terrace. The house has the following: An inner courtyard A traditional salon with a library, a CD player . A lovely eat in kitchen Two terraces with good views The price includes breakfast, and WIFI. We can organise guided walking Medina tours and day trips to the Middle Atlas region and Meknes and the Roman ruins at Volubilis. Just ask for further details and prices.

We were allowed to be a guest on our round trip in Ali's house. The reception was very warm and familiar. You live with family in a household. There was authentic food with local ingredients. Ali took us on a hike to the beautiful surroundings. The kids could swim in the river and we saw monkeys. It is only really to be noticed that the property is not at the address provided. After booking, Ali sent us the correct location. Surroundings is really beautiful and we would never have discovered it without this place. Thank you

We had a great time at Mounia's and her charming family's. We were hosted very well and received valuable advice for all the visits we wanted to do. The house is superb and very well located in the medina. In the end, we ate very well! Delicious, better than at the restaurant! Note: meals are not included in the price but are well worth it! We are delighted and will be happy to go back!

Catherine is a wonderful host, very helpful, and cares about her guests. Her home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, easy to find. My daughter and I had a great time, we enjoyed the roof top patio. Breakfast was super delicious and with plenty food. Staff was wonderful. We loved it and hope to be back soon. Thank you for everything.

Naciri's place is very clean and comfortable. super comfortable bed. a very nice central garden. the dishes eaten there are delicious. The property is located in front of the Zaouia Naciria, the oldest and most famous Islamic center in the Draa Valley. Host was very kind and helpful. gave us many local recommendations. If you come to this area, you absolutely must come to Naciri.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had arrived with a delay on the first day. In the end, we arrived at 1 am and have to say that Jihane always put us at ease. Hanane, welcomed us and prepared a nice breakfast with a lot of love every day.. They are both very sweet and helpful ladies. 10/10 for me😉! Price quality was definitely more than OK. Spending nights in a Riad was the first time for me and am happy that I was able to experience this with these people. Unlike cities, for me, the great advantage was the silence the nights had to offer. We were always able to sleep well. Thank you and good luck !

Staying at this Riad was an unforgettable experience. Its location is perfect—right near the entrance to the medina—making it incredibly easy to find. My partner and I stayed in the Fes room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The exquisite furniture and intricate details made us feel like royalty for a few days. The entire place felt like a paradise, especially waking up to the soothing sounds of birds each morning and enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the city. The host was exceptionally friendly and provided great recommendations. Additionally, the lady who prepared breakfast was incredibly kind and even helped us wash and dry our clothes, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, this Riad exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical stay in the heart of the city but away from noise and busy streets.

Absolutely beautiful place, clean, large rooms for familles and friends and very comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and nice. They are always there when you need them. Lovely common area inside the house with a large gardin, incredibly peaceful, cosy, and invites you to relax. We also had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. My only regret is that we spent just one night!

Hamou is an absolutely wonderful host and his place is peaceful, spacious, comfortable, and right near some great hikes. Hamou goes above and beyond beyond. He offers a wealth of knowledge about the history of Morocco and the Berber people, is full of excellent recommendations, and the food is amazing and flavorful. At one point we had car issues and he even came with us into Tinghir to help us find a place to get car help. This was truly an exceptional experience. I recommend to anyone coming to the area.
