From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

Beautiful hideaway: Leiwen on the Moselle, 110 m²

Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Our 55 square meter modern apartment can accommodate 2 people and is centrally located in Mülheim an der Mosel. Everything is within walking distance in the village. The apartment is composed by: - a cozy living room - a fully equipped kitchenette. - Various coffee machines - Microwave & fridge-freezer - a spacious dining area and a separate bedroom. The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
