However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. The location is surrounded by two shopping streets, and there are 400 shops in the Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, which is a 3-minute walk away, so you can enjoy eating and walking. You can also walk to the Palm Shopping Arcade in 5 minutes and enjoy a walk around the city. My house is very clean and comfortable space, also complete with kitchen appliances. Full equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds for up to 6 adults ( One queen bed, one wild double size sofa bed and 2 single beds ). All rooms have air conditioner that can be used in all seasons. Dining table. Nice modern wash-let toilet and a big bathtub in shower room with a powerful shower. You will have the room all for yourself. It is NOT shared unlike many other airbnbs in Shinjuku area.
