The Zephyr Room and sleeping Loft in the Russet Butterfly house is your own private space on the 2nd floor. The space has Twin Beds to accommodate 2 people. A short wooden staircase from the kitchenette leads to the "Loft" having a queen size bed. There is a private bathroom and well equipped kitchenette and a small balcony to enjoy some breeze. The house is located 3 km from the city centre. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach.

An absolute hidden-gem in the midst of the cleanest village in Asia. I had such a pleasant experience, right from checking in to checking out. The staff here is so polite, well-behaved and accommodating that you'll be left with a happy and warm feeling throughout your trip. The home-cooked food we had was one of the best (the sesame chicken was *chef's kiss*) We would absolutely visit again!

It was a beautiful place with common space to sit and a common veranda for outside sitting. The staff was very helpful and liked the services too. They served us with a local thali on the last evening and it was just superb! Thank you very much!

Streamside Guest House in Mawlynnong is a lovely guesthouse in the cleanest village in the Asia and it is a quaint and beautiful place to relax and unwind after spending the day walking about the clean and flower-lined streets of the village. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's lots of greenery around and most importantly there is hot water and a shower with great water pressure. The dining hall is by the entrance and serves a delicious khasi style thali of chicken curry, veggies, rice and dal.

Three wooden beds are arranged in a light-colored room, each featuring yellow floral bedding. Two beds are neatly made with additional colorful blankets folded at the foot. Natural light enters through a partially visible door leading outside.
