Kitchen and sleeping area plus sitting area, bathroom and toilet. A terrace that overlooks the forest has a table and chairs plus plants. Modern apartment with lots of light, centrally located between Hasselt and Genk, close to E314. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a double bed (dimensions 140 cm by 200 cm). The 2nd bedroom is used as an office space. Also, this room can be equipped with a single bed. The apartment has its own parking space for large vehicles with a private charging station for electric vehicles (consumption of the charging station is settled monthly and/or after the stay. This can be done on invoice.)

Our vacation home, overlooking the fields, is located under oak trees at the end of a cul-de-sac. This house from the 1970s served as a caretaker's house for a textile factory, the buildings of which are still behind the house. The house has a cozy garden, with flowers, herbs, raspberries, blue and red berries and a greenhouse where we grow fresh vegetables for you. It is the ideal base for anyone who wants to discover Limburg on foot or by bike.

Spacious guest house with outdoor terrace in a rural area, bordering the nature reserve of the Valley of the A-beek. Centrally located in the middle of the extensive network of cycling, hiking and equestrian routes in Limburg. The village center (bakers, supermarkets and pharmacy) is 2 km from the residence. Larger cities can be reached by car, respectively Genk (15 min), Hasselt (25 min), Maastricht (NL, 40 min) and Aachen (DE, 50 min).
