Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.

Villa Tai offers absolute privacy and intimacy in a beautiful house in the middle of olive groves, which is located on the edge of a quiet village Puntera with 2000m2 of land, with lots of olive trees, mandarins and various fruits. It offers a beautiful view of the town of Barban, Sutivanac, Prnjani and the mountain Učka, while on the other side of Puntera has a view of the valley of the river Raša and Raška Bay.

A nice and cosy apartment, renovated in 2022, located in a quiet street on the first floor in a family house, perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! Walls are decorated with original hand - painted decorations made by my mother:)
