It is located in a quiet location of Medulin only 500 m away from the sea that you see from the terrace, and in just 7 minutes walk you can reach the center that offers a lot of amenities and nightlife as well as a nearby supermarket. The 40-square-meter pool will meet the needs of you and your family and friends. Please take a look at the reviews in the photos as we have been renting the house for 6 years.

Our charming holiday house is located not far from the center of Medulin and the Medulin beaches, on fenced property and surrounded with garden. It si ideal for families with children and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with one sleeping possibility on the couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and one separate toilet. From the living room guests have access to a covered terrace and a barbecue is available in the yard.

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!
