Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Medulin

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

The accommodation & the garden (pool, etc.) is very clean and well maintained. Goran was always available, his father was on site. Very friendly and helpful! We felt comfortable right away, it has everything you need for self-catering on site. However, the beach is only accessible by car, but this is not a problem, there is plenty of parking in the city, as well as on the beach.

We had a great week in Dragan's apartment. He welcomed us warmly and was always available and helpful throughout. The apartment and the entire property with pool are very well maintained and well equipped.

Top value for money, highly recommended! The apartment is modern and well equipped, the most necessary utensils are available and of course fresh bed linen, towels, bath towels and face towels. Shopping & beaches are very close, quiet yet centrally located! A smooth conversation, thank you Luana.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

The place was really nice. Close to a beach with a beautiful Marina. I prefer being close to but outside the busy tourist area and Čedo’s place was perfect. There is a little grocery store nearby and a good restaurant that’s walkable. I rented an e-scooter and within 10 mins I got to the old town of Rovinj and so many other great restaurants, beaches and a little retail mall so everything was close enough to explore by e-scooter (or walk if you like walking). Čedo was super nice, accommodating and responsive during my entire stay. Unfortunately there was a problem with the internet/router while I was there but this was a problem with the service provider, not Čedo. He was right on top of fixing it and updated me regularly on it. The service provider had to send and install a new router. So this issue is likely resolved for future guests. I would definitely recommend Čedo’s place in Rovinj.

We had 10 wonderful days with Marko and his very warm family. The accommodation is super centrally located and equipped with everything you need. The parking is also secured at night. This is a 5-10 minute walk from the property. However, Marko picked us up with all our luggage and even helped us carry it. We will definitely be back. You felt less like a tourist, but more like a friend of Marko's family. All this has felt like a really very relaxing and wonderful vacation.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's place and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open living room allows you to enjoy the moments together with the other guests in relaxation and in the most total comfort. Stefan is a great host, always available who has put us in the optimal condition to feel at home. Thanks!!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We had a great time in Lovro‘s apartment. The area has a lot to offer and you have a nice retreat to hide from crowded beaches and restaurants. Lovro gives great advices and offers amazing tours around the national park. We would love to come back and highly recommend families to visit!

The house is simply fantastic! It offers generous space, is stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each room is tastefully decorated and exudes a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. You can tell that the hosts attach great importance to comfort – we really lacked nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen to cozy seating and comfortable beds, everything was perfect. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts, who are not only warm and friendly, but also very attentive and accommodating. They were available to us at any time with questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. This house is more than just a place to stay – it's a real experience! We would definitely recommend it as an insider tip and are already looking forward to our next stay.

An all-around wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and surprised with a lovingly assembled fruit and vegetable basket — a great start to the vacation. The accommodation was sparkling clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped. We especially appreciated the tranquility and privacy, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The hostess is incredibly friendly, warm and always helpful without being intrusive. You feel immediately welcome and in good hands. As a special surprise, there were even small gifts for our little one when we left — a very loving gesture that touched us especially. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!

The apartment is small, clean and very nice and equipped with everything you need (shower, towels, kitchen, cutlery, pots...). The parking in front of the entrance is very convenient and once we parked the car we used the bikes provided with the apartment to get around (both to reach the center and to get to the furthest beaches without worrying about having to find parking). Although we arrived late in the evening, check-in was simple and communication with the host was also, I would gladly go back!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
