The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Nizama was a perfect host, literally going many extra miles to help out where possible. For me and my Korean family this was a totally new experience. With the help of Nizama, it became a great one!! Highly recommended!!

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e molto ampio, dotato di ogni comfort come da foto. Il parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura è garanzia di sicurezza e comodità. La cucina attrezzata e completa, le finestre insonorizzate. L'aria condizionata è nel salotto-cucina ed è un bene; è più che sufficiente anche per la camera tant'e che noi l'abbiamo spenta prima di andare a letto e siamo stati benissimo pur in giornata torrida. È a disposizione una terrazza comune ed un giardino. A richiesta si può fruire di colazione extra a buffet in taverna o in giardino. Purtroppo siamo stati solo un giorno. Con l'auto si può raggiungere rapidamente parcheggi di Rovigno e godersi con calma la splendida città

We loved our stay, although we only stayed for one night we wished we had stayed longer ! The apartment was bigger than it looked in pictures and we appreciated the laundry room with an iron! There is a very yummy restaurant a four minute walk away and we liked the big parking area.

Casa Matiki is een ideale plek om tot rust te komen. De plek heeft een hele mooie tuin om in rond te wandelen, het zwembad is ruim en heeft voldoende plek om te rusten. De Het is een idyllisch plekje omdat het zo uitgestrekt is. De sfeer in en rond Casa Matiki is aangenaam en rustgevend, net wat je nodig hebt op reis. Sonja, de gastvrouw, is heel vriendelijk, en steeds in de weer om je te helpen of om een babbeltje te slaan. Ik had een iet wat verouderde kamer, met een hele basic keuken infrastructuur, zonder airco en de toilet werkte ook niet. Persoonlijk vond ik het jammer om geen terras te hebben, wat alle andere kamers wel hadden. Met een vierjarige die vroeger gaat slapen had dat wel aangenaam geweest. Beneden is er wel voldoende plek om je te installeren om te eten, maar dan dien je telkens twee verdiepen op en af te gaan als je iets vergeten bent. De iets verouderde kamer deed niet af aan mijn totaal beleving in Casa Matiki. Ik zou er zo weer terug gaan én het aan iedereen aan

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt aber einen Balkon auf dem man frühstücken kann. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, ist es absolut ausreichend. Valentina ist eine sehr nette zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, also absolut zu empfehlen!

Marta et ses parents sont des anges, ils donnent bien plus que les services offert et en toute discrétion. Viviana, la petite fée du logis, rend le sol tellement brillant que l'on peut marcher pied nu dans toute la maison avec douceur. Tout activités, commerces sont à 2 pas. personnellement, nous reviendrons avec grande joie mais plutôt hors saison. merci beaucoup pour se merveilleux séjour. Tinke et Nele

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft Dal Capitano. Martas Vater war sehr freundlich, er hat uns umsonst vom Flughafen abgeholt, was uns eine umständliche Busfahrt erspart hat. Er ist extra noch am Amphitheater vorbeigefahren und hat uns etwas über die Gegend erzählt. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne kleine Unterkunft genau wie auf den Bildern. In Fažana gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Strandpromenande und einige Restaurants. Im Sommer ist es gut besucht von Touristen. Ich empfehle ein Auto um die Gegend bestmöglich zu erkunden.

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je lijepo iskustvo! Prostor je bio čist, udoban i dobro opremljen sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Lokacija je odlicna, blizu grada i plaze, ali ujedno mirna i opuštajuća. Posebno zelim pohvaliti Martu, koja je bila nevjerojatno ljubazna i uslužna. Od trenutka dolaska, dočekala me je s osmijehom i dala korisne savjete o mjestima koja vrijedi posjetiti u okolici. Uvijek je bila dostupna za sva pitanja i brige, što je naš boravak učinilo još ugodnijim. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji traže savršenu kombinaciju udobnosti, čistoće i izvanredne usluge. Definitivno se vracam opet!

Ottima stanza in zona tranquilla di rovigno, ad un prezzo ancora accessibile dopo l’aumento selvaggio dei prezzi degli ultimi anni. Zona molto tranquilla, ben servita da tre supermercati a meno 100 m dall’appartamento, molto silenzioso anche la notte. Non abbiamo avuto a che fare direttamente con l’host ma con sua nonna, persona di una gentilezza ed educazione come ormai se ne trova raramente. Quando decideremo di ritornare a rovigno, non avremmo bisogno di cercare altro poiché abbiamo già trovato il miglior appartamento dal nostro punto di vista.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super Wenige Minuten bis zum Stand, bis zu Restaurants und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr netten und freundlichen Empfang bei der Anreise.
