Le riad très typique de Nsim est situé au coeur de la Medina, dans une ruelle calme proche de la rue Dar El Bachar. La grand-place est à 10mns, la place aux épices à 5-8mns. Et les souks à 30s :) Le riad est grand ce qui le rend idéal pour un groupe (en mode festif). L'accueil a été parfait, depuis l'organisation de la navette depuis l'aéroport (malgré 1 bonne heure de retard, merci Ryanair). Une tasse de thé à la menthe à l'arrivée, les quelques formalités (taxe de séjour à régler) et la visite des chambres. Nous avons commandé lors de deux soirées un couscous puis un tajine. Chaque fois nous nous sommes régalés et les portions sont copieuses. Le riad est calme et agréable, le bassin au coeur de la cour permet de se rafraichir en attendant la fraicheur de la nuit. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et confortables. Le toit-terrasse est exploitable pour la bronzette et surtout pour les repas en soirée. Notre hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes et toujours de bon conseil.

After some stressful months in NYC, I decided to have a peaceful vacation in Morocco, my happy place. Since I still needed to work, I needed the perfect place to relax but do some work at the same time. Khalid's place provided the perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and the peacefulness and relaxation that I was looking for. Communication with Khalid was excellent and he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. A great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Tout c'est bien passé et l'hôte était en tout point réactif quand nous avons demandé une seconde paire de clefs... Logement très agréable, ensoleillé, proche de la piscine et jardin très agréable avec chaises longues. Trois lits doubles confortables et équipements à la hauteur (machine Nespresso). Situé idéalement près de l'aéroport, permet de sortir de Marrakech rapidement et proche du centre ville. Très facile de se garer, par contre voiture nécessaire.. Très silencieux la plupart du temps. Seul bémol, le bruit des avions le matin mais on s'y habitue... Correspond en tous points à la prestation décrite.

Hicham’s place was a great find in the heart of Marrakech. The location—right by the center of Gueliz—made it super convenient to get around. I was in town for Gitex Africa, and the apartment’s proximity to the event venue was a huge plus. As a digital nomad, having strong and reliable internet was essential—and this place delivered. I was able to work remotely without any issues. The apartment itself is calm, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a central, quiet spot with great amenities. Just hoping to see more updated reviews soon—this place deserves more recognition!

Het was een prachtig locatie met hele goede host die super snel vragen beantwoordde, beddengoed was super fris en schoon, zelfs de fauteuil bank was geen ene vlekje op en heel schoon, heel veilig park, ik kom hier terug we hebben erg genoten in de woning

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Het is schoon en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Er is altijd iemand bij de receptie wat voor een veilig gevoel zorgt. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en bij aankomt stond er water en een lekkernij. Ook de hamam en massage waren goed bevallen. Het zwembad was iets aan de koude kant maar met de zon goed te doen. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt w samym centrum Marakeszu. Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój stylowy, nie za duży ale dla trzech osób wystarczający. Pomimo lokalizacji bardzo blisko placu Jemaa el-Fna w pokoju była całkowita cisza co jest dużym plusem. Obsługa hotelu pomocna, komunikatywna i uprzejma. Śniadania smaczne. Ze względu na to, że hotel znajduje się w medinie to trzeba pamiętać, że taksówki nie podjeżdżają pod sam hotel i trzeba kawałek przejść pieszo.

Nous avions organisé notre anniversaire avec ma meilleure amie dans le riad que nous avions privatisé pour l'occasion. Le riad est superbe, encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Nous avons tous énormément apprécie notre séjour dans ce logement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Leïla. Le logement est dans un état irréprochable, propre, bien équipé il correspond totalement à la description. L environnement est tout simplement incroyable, calme, bien arboré et bien entretenu. Leïla est une hôte très sympathique et qui nous a donné toutes les informations pour passé de bonnes vacances. La résidence est très sécurisée ce qui permet d'être tranquille par rapport aux enfants. Nous avons quitté l'endroit avec un pincement au ❤️. MERCI A LEÏLA POUR L Accueil et mention spéciale à Aïcha ( la femme de ménage ')qui nous a confié un logement très proche. A bientôt

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L’endroit est encore plus beau qu’en photos : propre, spacieux, décoré avec soin et parfaitement équipé. L’hôte a été accueillant, disponible et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
