Our alley is guarded day and night. Inside the riad around the covered and bright patio, the 3 bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the reception area are bathed in a comfortable and refined atmosphere, mixing Moroccan tradition and more contemporary trends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and reversible air conditioning. Kitchen is Fully stocked. The terrace, sunny all day, offers a dining area and a large relaxation area to enjoy the incomparable climate of Marrakech. Guests have access to all the interior and exterior spaces of the riad, with the exception of a technical room reserved for house staff. Guests are our guests and we are always available to answer their questions by text, email, WhatsApp and Airbnb messaging Located in an increasingly trendy area that has kept its authenticity and many secrets to discover, the house is just minutes from the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Antique shops and renowned massage centers are nearby, not to mention the myriad of renowned restaurants and cafes. You can walk to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Majorelle Garden in 15 minutes. We offer to ensure your airport transfers with our private driver speaking French, English, German and Arabic. The package is 300 dirhams for groups of 2–4 people, and 400 dirhams for groups of 5 and 6 people. These rates include the round-trip journeys. We can also provide these transfers from the train and bus stations, but also from your previous place of stay if you are on a tour. We offer tours and sightseeing excursions with a driver. In the city, you will find taxis everywhere and at any time (often Dacia, beige). Expect to pay between 10 and 25 dirhams for a trip within the city. There are now self-service bikes. Upon arrival in the Riad, our guests will have to pay the tourist tax of 25 dirhams per day and per person. Located in a quiet area that has kept its authenticity, our "Dar Timine" house is just minutes from the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Antique shops and renowned massage centers are nearby, not to mention the myriad of renowned restaurants and cafes. You can walk to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Majorelle Garden in 15 minutes. Museum of Confluences is 2 minutes away.

Our light and airy Riad is the perfect place to chill out after a day in the Souks. Sunbathe by our very rare, all-season heated rooftop pool and enjoy a nice cold drink on our lovely terrace — the perfect place to relax in the beautiful Marrakech heat. You will enjoy the entire Riad exclusively, with prices based on 1 to 4 guests, and an additional charge (applied at booking) for extra guests (maximum 8 people). All stays include a traditional Moroccan breakfast for all guests each morning.
