House vacation rentals in Medford

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

We felt like we were staying at a friends place! It was very close to Whole Foods and a playground and about a ten minute walk to Tufts and a handful of cafes/restaurants. There’s also lots of buses and a T stop within walking distance.

Stayed here for 10 days in late November. My mom was transitioning from the hospital to rehab and then to her home. I worked all day everyday getting her place ready. John's Place came to be known as My Sanctuary at the end of the day. Very comfortable and very quiet. And John is a very nice, accommodating, compassionate guy. He asked about my mom everyday. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to the Boston area. Thanks for everything, John!

We had a great stay at Alejandro’s! Perfect for our group - the apartment was clean, quiet, and had good amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as AC units in all the rooms. Super close to Tufts. Would stay again!

This is our 2nd time at this location and I hope we’ll be back! The space is IMMACULATE and it looks brand new, although we first stayed here a few years ago and I thought it was brand new then. Linda is very warm, accommodating and welcoming.

My family and I stayed at Adam’s house for a wedding we had over a weekend and we felt right at home! Adam had given very thorough instructions upon entering his home and had clearly laid out what to expect during our stay. His home was beautiful with great decor and was spotless! He also gave us great recommendations on food/activities that are around the area, and since we were visiting Medford for the first time this was super helpful! We also brought our two family dogs who felt right at home as well; they especially enjoyed the backyard! Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you again, Adam!

Lionel’s place was spotless and was in the perfect location! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Lionel was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and we will absolutely be staying here again next time we go to Boston!

The house was clean and the 8 beds comfortable. We were thankful there was a pack ‘n play. We did not have any issues parking our 3 cars. Easy walk to the T as well as business establishments. We were able to drop off our luggage early and explore.

Very great host and stay. Smooth check in and out. Alice responds fast and clear, which is really helpful for travelers.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to local restaurants and shops, but the noise of those spaces didn’t affect sleep.

My family and I had a terrific stay here! Everything was very clean and neatly organized. There were towels and bathroom amenities, and the laundry machines were super nice. My family had a blast walking to Davis Square, which was super close, and using the public transport to go to Harvard and Assembly. Thank you for making their visit so clean, comfortable, and relaxing!

We were visiting Melrose for a family event and wanted a quiet haven for our time between big social gatherings. We chose Gene’s place because we love Victorian houses and decor - and it proved to be a beautiful example of the era, lovingly restored and comfortable. We had limited time to hang out in the cozy living room but enjoyed breakfasts from the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and great for sleeping. The grounds are lovely and the whole area of Melrose Highlands is filled with gorgeous Victorian homes, as we discovered during morning walks. We highly recommend Gene’s place - and Gene himself, a friendly and responsive host - and we hope to return.

My partner and I spent at week at this wonderful apartment to explore the Boston area and so I could attend a scientific conference at Tufts. As someone who cannot have wheat/gluten, having a full functioning kitchen was a requirement and this one was great! Well equipped and more spacious than my own kitchen back home. I loved being able to easily walk to and from my conference. There are a few places to eat nearby but most aren’t GF friendly. However, we did get breakfast sandwiches from Goldilox down the road which was great. We did not rent a car for our trip which wasn’t a problem at all. The T Green line station is a 10 min walk away and goes straight into downtown. We found the public transit really easy to navigate and you can tap to pay with your phone or card so no transit-specific app or card required. It was also quick and easy to Lyft to other places nearby. We even spent a day in Salem. Highly recommend staying here! Would rent from Michael/Joe again :) Thanks guys!
