Vacation rentals with lake access in Medellin Metropolitan Area

Laura is an excellent host, we had very good communication and was always attentive to us, personally took us to the place of accommodation and made several suggestions so that our stay was better, of the best people I have met responsible, kind and very charismatic, super recommended it is worth paying for this beautiful house and its hospitality is not left behind.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. We chose this house to celebrate after my wedding, and it was absolutely spectacular. There's no better word to describe it. Claudia is an amazing host: attentive, friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The house is simply SPECTACULAR: spacious, surrounded by nature, with a magical atmosphere and perfect for disconnecting. It has a Turkish bath, swimming pool, soccer field, a private river, there are ponies, open spaces, it's better than you think I highly recommend paying for the cooking service. The employee prepared chicken and pabellón arepas for us... delicious! Both she and the butler were always attentive to any need. In addition, Claudia welcomed us with a beautiful gesture: a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. She didn't have to do it, but that's the way she is: thoughtful and generous. Their taste and attention to detail make all the difference. We will definitely be back. It was an unforgettable experience

Such a peaceful environment. It’s like a haven away from the city yet it’s only a 30 minute drive to get to the city where’s there’s so much entertainment, culinary experiences, and much to do. The scenic view of the house is breathtaking. The sunrise and sunset and the city landscape. The perfect place to escape and relax. The house is brand new.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!

An Excellent family home outskirts of Medellin.

We loved this place. Perfectly located 10 minutes from downtown Guatapé! If you ever need a luggage locker, it's not available in the accommodation but you can ask for it at the bus terminal! I recommend it!!

Great spot , jaccuzi + great view , couldn’t ask for anything else , everything is perfect , communication was great , quick responses from Jonathan , very quick walk to the center of guatape , no complains , everything 10/10 , I was only here originally for 2 days , after a relaxing peaceful time , I had to extend my time 3 more days , if you like peace I recommend 100% , in my opinion I liked the area more than in Medellin .

I highly recommend this modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment – it is great value for money. Located in a well-managed, quiet, secure, and conveniently situated building, it has all the necessary basics for a comfortable stay: good-sized beds with spare sets of linen, decent bath towels, two en-suite bathrooms, a washing-machine, two TV sets (one in the main bedroom and another in the living-room), and a large open-plan living area and kitchen. Perhaps the only small negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living-room are a little hard (more like benches), but this is really only a factor if you spend most of your time indoors. Lisardo is a friendly and attentive host, always ready to assist with minor issues but without being obtrusive. We spent three months there and would definitely consider returning to one of the apartments, all of which are owned and managed by Lisardo and his family, who are always close by if anything is needed. Definitely a five-star experience!

Lovely quiet finca about a half hour walk from the town of Guatape. We had a nice and peaceful time here, waking up to the sound of exotic birds every morning. We got to see fireflies at night! The couple co-hosting the finca were friendly and helpful. They diligently cleaned the patios and the jacuzzi area every morning. The kids absolutely loved the trampoline and play area in the garden. Definitely recommend this finca for families seeking some quiet time, while also exploring Guatape and surroundings.

Great place for a big group of friends or family! They were very helpful with recommendations and helped us plan last minute water activities. They were very accommodating! Only recommendations are to get knives sharpened and mattresses are too hard. Other than that the place is amazing! We arrived and the hot tub was on and clean! I will stay there again!

Possibly the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Came with a group of 6 friends for 5 nights and we were all blown away by the home, the location, town and the service from Elena. This place is unique and special — more homey than most places you will find, but still very spacious and luxurious. Internet connection was also strong enough for me to work remotely, including video meetings, which is hard to find outside of a city! I hope to return with my family and friends soon!

We had a very nice time in our family celebration, Everything was easy, the house is completely equipped with everything you need and everything is very clean. We highlight the attention of Mrs. Luz, a lucero that I help us with everything, a very nice person, helpful, respectful and very good cook THANKS TO HER, for her service and attention-.

I stayed in this cabin for the second time. Excellent cabin, really close to La Piedra that you can walk to if you like walking, it's a really nice, cozy and comfortable place. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, board games, good blankets and the view is beautiful. Without a doubt, it will continue to be my place every time I visit Guatapé 😻

It is a beautiful and quiet cabin that is part of a farm located in a prime location in the rural area of San Vicente Ferrer. I arrived with my partner in a chivero (private car) that we easily hired in the urban area and it took 10-15 minutes to take us. Gustavo and his wife treated us with great kindness and generosity. The space is carefully decorated and furnished. It is located in the middle of a nice green landscape, with access to a small lake and a river which you can walk to along an inner path. I would go back and recommend it without hesitation!
