We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this one with the number 7/2 in the spring of 2021 and YOU can come. The small vacation home has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace to the south-east side, which is covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

In the immediate vicinity is a 1000 m² meadow which is ideal for various ball games or other activities. We can also offer you boat and bike rentals.
