Welcome to my one bedroom flat! It is in Edinburgh’s Meadowbank area, only 20 minutes walk from the city centre or 10 minutes by bus. The whole flat will be yours when you stay here. It sleeps 3 people – there is a double bed in the bedroom and also a large couch in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. You will have access to my library of books, fast broadband Wifi, TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a Gooogle home with Spotify.

This lovely 1 bedroom flat is situated on the top floor of a traditional 3-story Edinburgh stone tenement, flooded with natural light. The flat is a 10 minute walk to Holyrood Palace and Arthurs seat and a 15 minute walk to the top of Leith Walk, The St.James Quarter and Royal Mile. We are a 10-15 minute taxi from Waverly station and Tram network serves the airport with a stop 15 minutes walk away from the flat.

Lukasz was a fantastic host, he made us feel right at home. He was very quick to respond to messages too. The room was perfect, just what we needed after a long day of walking around the city. His flat is completely lovely, clean and tidy thanks Lucasz 😊⭐️

Very convenient location with good access to bus lines and lots of nice stores and restaurants around. Not a huge room but good enough for a few days of sightseeing/visiting the area.

The flat is very nice for a two-person stay. It is located a bit far by foot from the touristic locations, but they are very well accessible through the public transportation so that is not an issue. The surrounding and nearby Lochend park are very quiet.

Fiona and Stevie are lovely hosts. With lovingly arranged little things and a tasteful ambience, we felt welcome and comfortable. Stevie is a walking guide and gave an introduction to everything worth knowing at the beginning. Attractions, restaurants, pubs, directions. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation

We stayed for 1 night in this flat as we were visiting from Glasgow to see Robbie Williams at Murrayfield. Aka The King of the 90s. As advertised it was, indeed, Good Vibes only! Would highly recommend this flat for a short stay in Edinburgh, easy access to the city centre and extremely accommodating and friendly hosts.

A welcoming entrance is framed by lush greenery, featuring a green door surrounded by climbing ivy. Red-tinted plants add a touch of color, with a small path leading to the door. The quaint setting reflects the charm of the traditional Victorian architecture.

I am super happy with my stay at Rui’s house. Rui is very friendly and thoughtful in helping me get to the location easily. The room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is very close to the center and many attractions. It only takes about 10 minutes to Calton Hill and 15 minutes to the railway station. So convenient! I will book again if I go to Edinburgh next time. Many thanks to Rui.
