Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Son was an amazing host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at home. He was always responsive and available whenever I needed anything, and even went out of his way to check in on me and make sure I was doing alright. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommend!
