Our stay at this villa was a real pleasure, the villa was spacious, clean similar to the photos. The pool and garden were perfect for relaxing. The host's service was friendly and responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.

In one word: wonderful! Host Nouhaila very nice and accommodating. Superb welcome from the caretaker of Villa Yassine (very reassuring side to know that the villa is guarded and we can ask for help if needed ). The villa which is huge exudes a crazy charm ( frankly very pleasantly surprised because the price is really interesting ) and for us who were many we appreciated being able to have our privacy each while being with family:) . The beach next door so no need for the car necessarily and then you can enjoy the beautiful and vast garden as well . For shopping , there is a small store really not far away super convenient!!! Nouhaila thank you for this stay! We will come back without hesitation!!

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place is as described. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. We had a very nice journey in Zineb’s house, the house was very amazing and as is in photos and in reality is more better and nicer. Everything is clean and well organised. The kitchen is well equipped with all what u can need. Zineb was very interactive and very supportive , she’s responding quickly and always with a sharp solution. The villa is in good and quite place with an access to a nice shared pool , always empty or with 1 or 2 people. The villa is near to marina smir and access to Mdiq and Fnideq is quick which allow u to visit all the beaches on the place. If i had a chance to re-visit the Mdiq i will go again with this beauty villa.

Very good location between the beaches of Ksar Rimal and Kabila close to restaurants. Secured residence with swimming pool and dedicated parking space. Clean apartment well equipped.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay, the mix between the sea and the mountains gives a feeling of traveling all the time. The welcome was great, the place is nice everything is nearby: restaurant, shop no need to use your vehicle. the place is monitored 24/7 by a professional TPS company The caretaker is always available even at 1am I recommend all lovers of the sea and the mountains to come to this apartment .

We had a great stay with our family. The duplex is spacious, clean and very pleasant. We were 6 adults and a child, and we found everything we needed in the accommodation, the house is very well maintained. We'll be happy to come back

A pleasant, spacious and well-equipped accommodation, two large terraces with partial sea views. Secure residential village with private parking. The beach is down the stairs (the climb is not as easy as the descent) Very suitable for a family trip. Generally a good value for money and special mention to hosts for their responsiveness and kindness.
