Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other with views of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The whole villa has recently been remodeled for your enjoyment. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and the second bathroom. NO CLEANING FEES!

Neatly situated in the foothills of the East Tennessee mountains, half-way between Knoxville and Chattanooga, this house feels away from it all without being away from it all. It rests on 59 acres in the shape of large football stadium, with a valley and pond for recreation, and short drives to whitewater rafting, underground caverns, scenic railroad rides and waterfall trails for mountain hiking and biking. Or simply sit and relax on deck overlooking the valley or around a campfire.

Sleepy Valley Cabin

Our little tiny cabin is 400 sf. It does not feel tiny at all. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. 2 TV’s with direct tv and Roku hook up, Wi-Fi, grill, hot tub, washer and dryer, fire pit, outside claw foot tub, and porch swing looking over the valley. We are a 50 acre working farm. You may here us moving around but we will respect your privacy in your area.
