Vacation rentals with a fire pit in McMinn County

We loved This house! It was the perfect spot on the lake, and the covered boat dock was great! It even had a swing to sit and relax in while the kids enjoyed kayaking and trying to paddle board which gave us lots of laughs 😊 The host supplied the home with so many complimentary items if you forget anything no worries she has it available for you, such a nice change from most of the homes we rent while on vacation! The driveway is perfect especially if pulling a boat or even if you want to take daily walks as I did. The beds are always a big deal for us as we want clean and comfortable and this house had both, they was so comfortable and clean and fresh!! You can truly tell that the host cares about her renters and making their stay amazing!! I could go on and on about this home but unfortunately there is not enough room for me to type all that i need to ..lol...Thank you again Debbie for allowing us to stay in your home, as we truly loved your place and had a wonderful time!

This place has the wow factor - stunning location and views, great outdoor area, very homely and well provided interior, cant fault it, it was everything we hoped for, didnt want to leave! Angela was a pleasure in online communication and in person, thank you.

I loved this cute little house. I love the charm of older houses. I liked that there were a washer and dryer available to use. We were in town for a horse show, so we got quite sweaty and dirty. I had a potential problem with the master shower and the host responded to my question right away. There was no problem, it was user (child) error, but if there was she said she would get a plumber out right away. The house is an older house, as I said, so the layout is a little interesting. The refrigerator is in like a mud room and one of the kitchen shelves comes out kind of far into the walkway. If you aren’t careful, you can easily run into it. Also, the bathroom sink drains don’t have any type of cover. So it is quite easy for things to fall into them, only to be rescued it you take the pipe off. It was a great trip and the host and house was wonderful.

My family & I enjoyed this Airbnb! Our super host Kyle was proactive and gave us early clear detailed instructions. The Airbnb was super clean, linens. Kitchen, bathroom were pristine. Loved the added touch with the Keurig and coffee. Super close to downtown Chattanooga. My family and I will definitely stay again!

This was by far the best trip we’ve ever had. The house was absolutely breathtaking—every corner was filled with thoughtful details that showed how much love and care went into creating it. It truly felt like a work of art. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, which made our celebration even more special! Our days were filled with unforgettable experiences, from exploring The Lost Sea and the Hunter Museum to horseback riding and taking in the majestic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Plenty of antique shops to explore and every restaurant we visited served the most delicious food, making every meal a treat. Each night, we returned to what felt like a dream home and woke up to the most stunning views of the mountains and the town below. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical and memorable getaway. Everything was PERFECT!

I was in town for a wedding and this Airbnb was in the perfect location. The place was super clean and had all the essentials and really great water pressure. It was close to the expressway too which was convenient. I would love to stay again if back in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Lacey’s place! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. You could tell thought was put into the details in the house such as a snack basket and coffee for the Keurig. Lacey’s place was clean and cozy and had all the essentials we needed. This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. This home is pristine, spotless, and in a peaceful and quiet location. We only stayed for a quick overnight visit, but we will definitely stop here again every time we travel through the area. I was alone with my children and arrived late at night, and we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Five stars!

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

It's a clean place with nice view and lots of options to enjoy the lake from the property. We really enjoyed our stay there.

10/10 recommend!!! We LOVED our stay here! Laurie was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They offered us their kayaks and the grill. They had waters, creamer, muffins, and coffee in the room. Could not ask for a better airbnb!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Wally was very helpful and very kind and we loved staying there. It was a beautiful place! For the price I highly recommend! I will definitely stay again if I have to go back to Tennessee!

This place was the perfect place for my family to stay overnight! Do want to say, don’t turn down Swift Fox unless you have an off road vehicle. Continue straight on paved road and GPS will update you. It was a beautiful location with nice scenery. Home was exactly as described and Debra was really great and responsive. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

The winter weather made the fireplace an inviting feature for game evening. We enjoyed the pool table and an all inclusive game of Mexican Train dominos. The changing colors of leaves was still providing a show. We will keep on our go to place.

Second time staying here and it was just as relaxing. I will definitely be back soon!

I wanted to get out of town for the weekend and get away, and this was the perfect get-away. The bed was comfortable, the house was so cozy, the fire pit and hot tub were definitely an extreme added bonus of this beautiful little hideaway cottage. The vineyard that it is on was beautiful and was super private. My only complaint was there surprisingly was no wine bottle opener to open my bottle of wine, but we went to the store and got one and completely enjoyed ourselves. We also cooked on the grill outside and the kitchen was super easy to prepare meals in. Would definitely come again!

This cabin really is heaven. We were there at the ideal time of year (April) during bird migration and before real heat. I loved being off-grid, but beware: this really is off grid and not all people will be comfortable lighting kerosene lamps or carrying hot water to the out-house. It is well worth doing so though. The construction of this cabin was done by the proprietors with family and friends, and their workmanship is excellent. Look at the details of the fit of the woodwork, and concealment of wires, and on and on and on. The site is lovely too. Heaven

Had a great stay! Everything was just as described, clean, and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. We requested to stay a little longer at the last minute and they were extremely flexible and quick to reply. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking in the area and hope to return in the future.

We made a quick overnight stay. Enjoyed a peaceful nights rest and had a pleasant morning drinking coffee on the porch watching birds. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The cabin was secluded and completely surrounded by nature. The cabin was very clean and well appointed with the necessities. The area is very beautiful where the cabin is located with many sightseeing opportunities a short distance away. It was a great stay and would gladly do it again.

Absolutely beautiful, serene, and tranquil! If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle from the city I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10! I look forward to hopefully having a chance to book the cabin again.
