Spacious (1100 sqft) 1 bedroom apartment located on 2nd floor near Dickenson Bay tourist area. Nearby beaches and Night life within walking distance: Club Vyce and Putters Bar. Area restaurants: Salt Plage and Anas. You can also order food and groceries from delivery apps such as Allmart and Quikserve. This unit was part of a hotel now some units have residents some units are unoccupied/unkempt. Be aware that there is a night club located on adjacent property and gets busy and noisy at times.

The Apartment sits on the Bus route which is quite convenient and makes for inexpensive travel to St Johns. The Apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults but a sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 small children. A large supermarket is nearby.

We are adjacent to an island waterway and less than 100 yards from the breathtaking Caribbean Sea, on the quiet end of Dickenson Bay. We often say it's like having our own private beach:) Several amazing restaurants and snack huts are within walking distance!

We are perched atop a hill with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea and the capital, St. Johns. The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, downtown St. Johns, and the beach, so it is very well located. The apartment has its own entrance so you have privacy.
