Just kickback, relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the turquoise water of the Caribbean! This is for individuals who want peace and relaxation. If you feel like any of the activities of nearby Dickenson Bay, just take a 10 minute stroll over there and enjoy the different bars/restaurants, grocery and gift shopping, water sports and scuba. St. John's and Cedar Valley Golf Club are less than 10 minutes drive away, while V.C. Bird International Airport is only a few more minutes. 2 large supermarkets are only a few minutes drive. Apartment has patio, living room, newly renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Ceiling fans and optional a/c (bedrooms). Free wifi, cable and parking. A number of restaurants are within easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) or 2 minutes driving.

Our spacious 2 floor villa is adjacent to an island waterway and less than 100 yards from the breathtaking Caribbean sea. You're within walking distance from several wonderful restaurants. Boat tours and water sports are available, with pick ups for some of these tours departing right from our personal dock. Parking and laundry are available at no extra charge on site.

The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, downtown St. Johns, and the beach, so it is very well located. The apartment has its own entrance so you have privacy.
