Red Roof ATV Lodge

This little house was perfect for what we were looking for. There were five of us traveling to Welch for the weekend. This was less than 10 minutes away from our destination, had a huge parking lot, was very cozy, super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. It had a nice little creek and covered deck outback. It was a little too cold for us to take advantage of that in early April, but it was still a very nice setting. Marci was extremely responsive when I would text her. we are back in Welch about every six months so we will definitely look this place up again! It was also less than two minutes from Wendy’s and a grocery store :-)
A serene outdoor scene is captured, featuring a small shed surrounded by lush greenery. Tall trees create a natural boundary, with a gentle slope leading to a grassy area. The presence of a stream is suggested by the sound of water, enhancing the tranquil environment.

Double Down

Very cozy home in a very convenient location, across from Dollar General and car wash for our utvs. Bice enclosed backyard for our puppies and to grill out back with friends in privacy, we felt very safe for our kids puppies and our vehicles. Amy is great host and very kind. We definitely will be booking her home again.
A gentle stream flows over rocks, surrounded by a natural setting of moss-covered stones and fallen leaves. Two dark openings, likely remnants of a historical structure, are visible in the background, framed by barren trees and underbrush in a serene woodland environment.

Shiloh Place

Loved the house and location. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch rocker benches and the expansive level back yard with open Blue Skies. The house is very comfortable and lacks nothing. We were there to ride the warrior trail system. Tim was easily accessible and quickly responded to our texts providing directions to the trail access and best route to Berwind Lake. There are (2) general stores close by where you can purchase trail passes. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

Black Diamond ATV Lodge

Let me start by saying the photos don’t do this home any justice. We love to head down to the areas near Hatfield & Mccoys to ride ATVs this place had everything washer dryer and a garage to park your 4 wheelers. Loved that it had a fully functional kitchen made it easy to prepare a meal after getting back from the trails. Now let me also tell you about the two cozy chairs in the living room. They were like a great big hug. So cozy.. oh and I made a new friend the neighbors have a groundhog that was in the back, he was so cute and chunky. I named him George. All in all this house makes you feel at home. And we will definitely be back.
A fire pit area is surrounded by six blue Adirondack chairs, arranged on gravel. Tall greenery lines the background, providing privacy, while a picnic table is visible to the side. A grill can be seen positioned nearby, completing this outdoor gathering space.

Hatfield McCoy Warrior Trails

We love this house, its cozy and relaxing after a long day riding the trails. Its always squeaky clean, the location cant be beat for riding Warrior trail, there is a private access trail just down the road. Breakfast at The Owl in War, several dinner choices, all mom and pop shops, great food! It was a little cool to use the fire pit area, but we have used it before, its so peaceful, and that creek will put you to sleep. Over all it was another great trip, nice little place to stay. Highly reccomend this one if you want to ride Warrior Trails.
