5 min from the Juvaincourt circuit, close to Épinal and Vittel, spacious 180 m² cottage for 9 people. Three modular bedrooms (twin beds or double beds), three bathrooms including one with bathtub, large 45 m² living room with sofa bed and giant Netflix screen. 1 ha park, access to private wellness area in this gîte included and accessible in the afternoons (spa, sauna, cold bath and swimming spa spring/summer). Parties are forbidden and respect for the peace and quiet of the place and the other cottages is requested.

Upstairs 2 Bedrooms, plus the 3rd in mezzanine, sleeps 7 (2 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 baby bed + an additional umbrella bed) small cozy living room upstairs. Linens and towels are provided.
