Mel and Jeff are great. We were actually in the bigger house so I will review that. The location is perfect. Great day trips to beaches, waterfalls, lighthouse and wonderful restaurants! We had everything we needed in the house. Clean, comfortable beds and everything you need. It was a wonderful week. Thank you Mel & Jeff!

Quedamos fascinados con la casita. Fue perfecta para mi familia (incluyendo dos niños), quienes disfrutaron al máximo la piscina. Mientras nos hospedamos ocurrió un apagón en la Isla y Ricardo fue muy diligente y comunicativo, Nunca estuvimos sin el servicio ya que la casita cuenta con energía solar. Panadería, gasolinera, restaurantes y playa cerca. Definitivamente la recomiendo

Buen lugar. Perfecto para nuestras necesidades y continuar los compromisos en el area oeste. Llegamos tarde, nos fuimos temprano y todo muy bien, muy cómodo.

Rincón is a Puerto Rican west coast dream of an area! Carlos’ place was right along the coast and truly accessible to morning/frequent steps to the private sandy beach. I was constantly at bliss watching the sea from the deck and on the comfy lounge chairs. Make sure to visit the greater Rincón area! Lots of great restaurants, bars, and vendors to visit. Very lively at night! 30 min drive to Aguadilla and there’s a bit of the same vibe as well. Inside the Airbnb, it was a cute studio space with just enough for one or two people. Very minimal storage space for clothes/items, but we made it work. The highlights are the view, private access to the beach, the sleeping Pelicans, and the greater Rincón area. Loved it all!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Michael and Oxana's place. It is a small community space with a shared Kitchen and lots of animals, friendly cats, chickens, iguanas, dogs, and people. Michael was very helpful and attentive to our needs. During our stay the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power, but we didn't realize this because of the back-up generator. The community setting was nice, we met sweet other travelers but still had our own private space. There were fresh mangos on the giant mango tree. My two teenage daughters absolutely loved the eclectic decorations and multiple balconies and porches. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The views are unmatched and Jose was the most gracious host. The property is set up like a boutique hotel with separate rooms that all open up to the pool area, probably not great for family’s with small children but for older kids and adults it was perfect. Any minor issues that arose Jose was right on it. He was extremely responsive and so kind. He stocked both refrigerators with drinks and brought us a snack when we arrived. The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that the owner would be staying on the property. Jose wasn’t a bother and wasn’t around the whole time but something I prefer to know in advance. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Jose’s place and would absolutely stay here again.

The Villa Flores is a magical place. Perfect for a peaceful short weekend, or a month long remote working getaway. Enjoy the sounds of nature, meet others at the community kitchen, stargaze from the roof, or walk 5 mins down to a beautiful quiet beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, the host and housekeeper were super friendly and helpful. The space was neat, clean, safe and located nearby the beach and restaurants. The pool was private, quiet, clean, and refreshing. The interior was very simple and functional. Check in and out was flexible and easy. Daniel the host was very responsive and clear to communicate with.

The place is charming, clean, and full of peace. As soon as you enter, you smell a pleasant fragrance and hear ambient music. Perfect for couples. The beach is just steps away and is calm.

We had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and pool. This place had everything we wanted/needed without the things we didn't want/need. Daniel was very kind and flexible about our arrival time, as he met us after a long trip from the SJU airport.

It is a very peaceful & beautiful decorated studio style apartment with lots of trees and greenery surrounding the area. It feels like retreat and a great pace to unwind after a long day at the beach in Rincon.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Flores! We weren’t sure what to expect having never been to the west side of Puerto Rico & now that our stay here is over we wished we had more time. It was clean, friendly & safe. Upon arrival there were other guests gathered in the courtyard enjoying the beautiful night & we were invited to join them in their songs & laughs. The community kitchen is outdoors & in the morning we would come across others cooking & sharing the space. There are several covered areas to sit under, one of which I would read under each morning while listening to the waves. My husband enjoyed taking sunrise photos on the beach at the end of Villa Flores’s block - which is also a perfect spot for yoga! Our room was very clean, with comfy beds & the en-suite bathroom was nicely tiled & spacious. The property is in great condition with tasteful hand tile work & decor. We would be delighted to return! Richard & his wife are PR/local experts & superb hosts!

We’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world and this is probably the best one we’ve stayed in to date. The location is excellent - about 1/2 block from a quiet beach with small waves, walkable to the grocery store and a handful of restaurants and a very short drive (or good walk) to the center of Rincon. Rincon itself is a really great town. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well equipped and the rooftop deck takes your breath away. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. It was perfect. Great view, cozy and clean. Super short walk to the beach and surrounding bars and restaurants. Not far at all from other place to explore like the plaza. Drive way is steep but wasn’t hard to pull into, in my opinion backing in and up was easiest. No complaints at all, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Dianna's place. I worried because it's a place that has a bunch of apartments, and as stated in the description, there is a gathering place below the top apartment where we were. Luckily, there were only a few people renting there at the time, so it was enjoyable and mostly quiet. Dianna is a great host, very responsive and helpful. There are some great restaurants in the immediate area, and then you can drive about 10 minutes to be in the city center of Rincon to find more. Great beaches with great waves - we watched the surfers all day long! And there really are 86 steps - I counted! - so make sure you are up for that - good cardio!

Pros: Very clean! Spacious enough to fit a large group of people comfortably. Some helpful tips: there are 2 boogie boards, many decks of cards/some board games, and several beach towels. Also, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk down the road and the town plaza is a 7-minute drive. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 4 showers, and the bunk beds don't squeak. Plus, Josias was super responsive! Con: The washer works fine, but the dryer wasn't working during our stay. That was the only issue we ran into.

Literally an amazing place. Everything was organizing and clean. Instructions were easy very well maintained. We would definitely be returning. Can’t wait to come back.
