Beautiful and charming 1-room apartment (25 m2), air-conditioned, totally quiet, tastefully furnished, in a residential and secure area (close to the Presidency of the Republic). Very bright and quiet on the 1st floor (and top floor) of the outbuilding of a house 20 meters away. Access to the accommodation is independent and private. Very nice equipped, Wifi, sofa bed, storage, private shower room, TV, coffee machine, etc. 200 m from pastry shop, restaurants, etc.
