Vacation rentals with beach access in Maupiti

We stayed only for 2 nights, wish we could stay longer. Only 8 min walk from ferry. Louise's apartment was great, clean, has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

One of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. An unforgettable stay for the whole family that will remain long as oustanding souvenir. Kids loved jumping in the water from the pier just across the road, easy ride to the shop by bike to get a fresh baguette in the morning, and so much to see and do around the island! You can go there eyes closed for a great stay, we would love to come back some time in the future!

The place was very clean, functional and secure Fabien informed me by phone about access to the accommodation. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the bikes and kayaking. It will be for another time.

We had a great time at Anaïs and Grégory's. They're really welcoming and friendly hosts. The accommodation is clean and functional. The little extra: free bikes for getting around And the big plus is the terrace, which is furnished to have your own little privacy with a sublime view of Bora Bora. A big thank you to them. It was great!

I can only recommend Amina's place! Everything was very clean and corresponded to the description. Especially the pool, right on the water and the access to the sea, is great! In addition, we were able to store our luggage and the flexible check-in was great! Furthermore, the apartment is easy to find and within walking distance of the harbor in Vaitape! Amina is super nice, proactive and was easily accessible. Thank you again for everything :)

Clean and spacious place, easy to find in a secure spot. Can get a bit noisy outside on weekends but would definitely come back for more sunset drinks on the pontoon !

The house is a strikingly beautiful and serene place, as welcoming as Justine's smile, our hostess. She let us in a nicely decorated, very functional blue cabin where every detail had been carefully thought through. We appreciated the care that the owner put into creating a paradise-like beach house with free access to bikes, a paddle board and a kayak. We also enjoyed having the car ready for us upon arrival and the car rental company lady was very accommodating and friendly. All in all, we had an amazing time celebrating Christmas and my husband's birthday in the house. Kudos to Nicolas' team for being so professional and thorough and, on top of it, extremely friendly. Special pets to Roxy and Poppy, the owner's cute dogs. I 100% recommend!

We stayed for six nights, and we were very satisfied with our time here. Our check-in went very smoothly. Barthelemy and Nathalie were wonderful checking us in as well as checking in with us throughout our time when we had questions. They are amazing people. This place is close to the water. One observation is that the street can get a bit noisy from time to time with street traffic. Amazing value

Place was private, quiet, very spacious, and absolutely beautiful. Having a private deck over the water with crystal clear water to snorkel and kayak in was more than we could as for. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying here.

This bungalow is located on what I would call the nicest property on the island. It’s exactly as advertised and on the best section of the Taha’a close to a few good restaurants / bars. A vehicle is necessary for bombing around. I would recommend contacting Taha’a Location for a water taxi service directly from the Riatea Airport which will get you right to their property on Taha’a where you can grab a car or scooter. The wifi and service is spotty around the the bungalow but that’s what you get on a sleepy island like Taha’a I guess! Book this place, book an excursion to snorkel at the coral garden, swim with the sharks and go live your lives. Vatea is a helpful host as well who made sure the place was ready well ahead of the check in time and quickly answered questions we had. Thanks for the memories and good luck!🤩

Arranged for taxi pick up and drop off in viatape for the navette out to the airstrip. Helped out with a left behind item. Had Louane orient us - fluent English but allowed me to try out my high school French. Walking distance to several restaurants around the corner from local market with baguette and croissants in the morning.

Thank you for the comfort, cleanliness and small touches in the accommodation. Spectacular sunsets. Wonderful lagoon and swimming. Great location in front of the motu accessible by kayak provided.

Patrice and Sophie are lovely caring hosts. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived on the island thanks to a great welcome. The accommodation is immersed in an idyllic and authentic setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommended (and to be repeated!😁) without so much as a second thought! Well-located accommodation, fully equipped (kitchen, living room and shower room). Shops, restaurants, docks, car rental agency... within 5 minutes. Host very responsive to messages and very accommodating (early check-in and late checkout).

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful oasis outside out of the city. Beautiful private beach and lovely rooms. You can kayak to many places. This is truly a great value. Best to shop at the supermarket and cook. You can also order burgers and steak frites from a restaurant nearby. Also best to rent a car as it's about 45 minutes from the airport. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend to everyone !
