What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Audrey and Remy's place was the perfect place to call home during our stay in Paris. It is centrally located to anything you'd want to do/see in Paris. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, too! The subway is right down the street, but you won't need to use it much since you can walk to any and all of the tourist sites from the apartment. It's also really quiet, which is rare when staying in Paris, so we slept well! Can't wait to come back and stay here someday!

It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.

Stayed a week with girlfriend for anniversary and it was the best decision. Awesome views right across cathedral which gave it a magical touch. In the center and walkable to all we needed: parks, river, restaurants, groceries, coffees, metro station, notre dame, etc! Its a studio but its well equipped. The sofa bed was comfortable. I had work done on the folding table which had space for a couple of monitors. Fast wifi. Separate kitchen with washer is a plus. Big windows give good natural light and block most noise from outside. We tend to sleep with sound machine and had no problem with city noises although we were in a busy area. We were mostly out and about but had breakfast every morning and watched tv at night and had a wonderful time on Hector’s place. He is responsive and friendly and we felt we were in good hands. Would stay again in a heartbeat

The accommodation is very conveniently located for walking or taking the metro to Paris's landmarks. The apartment is just as described and appears in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy, the sofa bed and the viewpoint windows are fantastic! Ideal place with enough space to spend a few days as a couple, with supermarkets nearby and two minutes from the famous Montorgueil neighborhood, a pedestrian area with restaurants, shops and a great atmosphere. Self check-in and good communication with the host. We recommend it!

The apartment is newly renovated and beautiful, and has the amenities needed for a short holiday in Paris. The bathroom is small, but it is expected in an apartment in the center of Paris. Joffrey and co. are incredibly sweet and helpful, and help if there's anything needed. I will be renting a place with them again at any time!

Cozy, warm and ideally located a few steps away from the charming rue Mouffetard and Place Monge. Noëlle is a great host and we were pleasantly surprised at how creatively the building added a modern elevator with room enough for two with two sizeable pieces of luggage!

This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

Great place to stay when visiting HEC and great alternative to the Best Western Hotel - 10 min walk. Extremely easy check in and the place has radiant natural light all around. Really enjoyed the stay.
