This was a gorgeous place! It has a bohemian feel and features many charming details that are one of a kind. We especially liked the balcony, kitchen, and shower. In terms of location, it is in the heart of a lively neighborhood with tons of cool restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There was a great Saturday morning market down the street. And Beco de Batman is very close and a one of kind street art experience. Due to club across the street, it can be noisy throughout the night on a Friday and Saturday, and we’d recommend ear plugs. Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful studio and amazing neighborhood to be in.

I had a great 3-night stay at Luiz's place in São Paulo. The apartment felt very safe, which was especially important to me as a solo traveler arriving at midnight. Luiz was incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. The house is beautiful and super spacious, it was clean, fragrant. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and also has all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a portable water filter. We love the hot tub because it is heated and allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the barbecue even more, even in winter. The place is close to the beach, SESC and also has a market that has everything about 2 blocks away, you can do everything on foot. We went as a couple + 2 sausage dogs, and Bertioga beach in May is super quiet, we were able to enjoy it a lot with them, in addition to being lucky to have a weekend with a really cool event "Atlantic Forest Festival" free with typical food and very good music! From the beginning, Guilherme was super attentive. We thank you immensely and we will definitely be back.

I had my wedding day in this space and it was also accommodation for my family. We had days of great comfort and tranquility. I received a beautiful welcome gift because of my wedding. We were all delighted with the beauty of the house. Everything is very fragrant, spacious. Passionate! It's really worth it!

Agnes was a sweetheart from the beginning to the end of the stay. We arrived late for check-in and she was super flexible about it, in addition to lending us some items we forgot to bring that day. She was always helpful and very kind to us, it was a great pleasure to spend part of our vacation at the house. The lawn area is well maintained and our dogs loved it, the pool was clean as well as all the rooms in the house. We really like the place, the comfort and privacy it provides. The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

It was excellent. It was clean and the location is good. Quiet too. Perfect for those going as a couple or with a mother-in-law, the rooms are separate from each other and each has its own bathroom. You can make breakfast and there's a market in the building. Close to many sights. I'll stay again.
