This is the second time I've stayed at Altino's place and everything went perfectly. I'll be back.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very well equipped. Communication with Ana was very good. She responds very quickly to emails. I'll go back to her apartment the next time I stay.

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

I've stayed in several apartments in the same building and this space is by far the best I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean, the bed is excellent, the spaces are well distributed and the apartment is very cool and airy. The host was very helpful and flexible. The building is a few meters from Beneficência Portuguesa and Shopping Paulista. I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is super well maintained, clean and has everything that is advertised. Sandra's support is spectacular, they do everything to make sure the guest has the best stay possible. I particularly liked all the details of the apartment!

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. José Roberto really is a super host, he met all our requests with great attention. I'm returning to São Paulo in October and I will definitely stay there again

Hi! I loved the space of the stay, it's really wonderful. The apartment is great, super well located and very clean. Bia was perfect from start to finish: super solicitous, thoughtful and organized. We had an issue with another rental and we were able to book with it super fast, which saved our trip! She left everything right in the area and also gave several tips of cool places to know. It was all amazing, really. I will definitely rent with her again!
