Stylish Central Stay Near Cartagena Old Town

We loved staying here. The location was ideal for access to many of the nearby attractions while also being in a safe and quiet area at night. The local restaurants were fantastic and the neighborhood was friendly while also feeling like you’re getting the local experience in Cartagena. The rooms were clean, the AC worked very well in the rooms, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

The bright sleeping area features two double beds with light-colored bedding. A large window offers a panoramic view of the sea, allowing natural light to fill the space. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the serene environment.

The apartment was just like the photos. Miguel was very responsive about attractions. He recommended some good places to eat & tour. Thank you as well to Gina she provide some insight on services to my make boyfriend’s birthday special.

Awesome place to stay. We went in a large group and had all 5 apartments on the 36th floor. Fantastic view, pictures don’t do justice. Beach is literally across the street, pool on top floor. Washer and dryer came in handy. They provided coffee and detergent. Colombian coffee is a plus! There were more bathrooms in the bigger apartments than we thought. The largest apartment had 3 bathrooms! Was overall perfect for what we needed and the communication was great. Would definitely come again.

The apartment is MORE comfortable and pleasant than what you see in the photos, perfect for long and short stays. Don Alvaro, the host makes sure to provide you with ALL the comforts and help you need. Their attention makes it pass the expectations you have. Nice view, ventilated, has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room, they work perfect. It has a bucket and beach toys for kids, don't buy. Leaves you implements such as: Bath soap, crockery and clothes. Coffee, water and fruit purse. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. 5 cute pools, with good view and direct beach access. Building on via ppal, easy to take taxi, uber and others. Next to a pleasant restaurant with prices between $12,000 and $55,000 per plate. Next to the convenience store and close to an Ara. Everything was great. Good communication and recommendations.

We enjoy staying there in Cartagena. There was an issue with the bed, but they were quick to try to accommodate, quick response, and took ownership of all issues. I would recommend to go there again. Specially since it is very hot in Cartagena overall, the A/c was great and the look to the beach and city even greater! Recommended, if I go back to Cartagena again!

It's just amazing. From its privileged location, which allows you to enjoy beautiful ocean views and proximity to the main tourist attractions, to its modern and comfortable facilities, everything is designed to offer a luxury experience. The apartment is impeccable, with spacious and well-decorated spaces, which makes the stay even more pleasant. It also has all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. It is undoubtedly the ideal place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Super spacious, very clean and with all the amenities. The view is spectacular, the beach is right across the street, the area is very safe, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We'll definitely stay right there on our next visit to La Heroica.
