Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private-,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Really loved this airbnb! Would stay again! I love the lay out gives everyone a ton of space and was super clean. Easy 15 minute drive to most places we visited in New Haven. The only things that weren’t an issue for us but to keep in mind was the one bathroom for large groups, that can be challenging. Also, the ceilings are on the lower end for anyone over 6ft, my boyfriend had to watch his head at the doorways. Under 6 you are all good though. Lastly, one of the bedrooms has a bedroom behind it. This was not an issue at all for his but just to note. We did love that the entrance way has doors that you can close, so we actually used that as a sleeping space to have everyone more separated. We were a group of 7 and had a ton of room. All bedrooms are a pretty good size as well.

This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

We loved Leslie's place and would book here again in a heartbeat - especially in beach season (we were there mid-April). We opted for Leslie's because of its great location over a much larger home with more amenities in the same price range - we were not disappointed! We have two teenage boys and we felt comfortable letting them explore the neighborhood on their own while we squeezed in a few hours of work. Walk or bike to beach, park, basketball courts, restaurants/bars, laundry and more. Encountered many friendly neighbors on our walks. Average 15 min drive to explore lots in West Haven/New Haven. The deck is almost as large as the house with a grill and great furniture. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog - even she felt right at home immediately! The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved having my coffee/beer/ cocktail on the deck in view of Long Island Sound with my dog sunning herself by my feet! I highly recommend for couples or families of all ages!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and cosy and I especially loved the kitchen. They thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available. The garden and deck were lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to use due to the weather. The location is just perfect and very close to Westport shopping area which was full of beautiful shops and restaurants. I particularly loved that the host was so responsive and flexible and really tried to make everything easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great find! I booked this Airbnb for myself and 4 other girls and there was plenty of room and space for us to hangout, sleep, and get ready. Walkable to town. Extremely clean and had all the amenities you would need for a short weekend getaway. Marianne and Steven were very responsive whenever I had a question. I would totally book this Airbnb again!

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

We had a great stay at Melissa’s place. The check in and out was super easy. The house was very clean and cozy. The location was great - a short walk took us to the main street and we were able to get around vineyards by taking Ubers. And it’s only a 10-minute walk to the LIRR train station which is so convenient. We enjoyed our experience and would hope to come back to enjoy more wine tasting in the area!
