The owner very kindly explained the facilities in the house, the house is very large, the equipment is very complete and clean, and the equipment is also very considerate. I'd stay again if I come back here.

We had a wonderful stay in Gogoshima at Yukino San’s home. The home was peaceful with a beautiful view and in a great location. We easily walked to the market, playground, and the nearby Gogoshima Beer Farm (highly recommend!). We were very comfortable, the home was clean, and had great features. I would recommend to my other friends if they wanted to visit Gogoshima! ありがとうございました

This place is gorgeous! It's better than the pictures. I wish we had more than 2 nights stay. The place is huge, located up in the hills in a quiet neighborhood. There's a beautiful flower garden and outdoor seating. Everything was spotless clean, the bathroom was luxurious, the bedrooms were private and comfy. She left us fresh bread, milk, and eggs in the refrigerator for breakfast. There's 2 toilets and a wonderful shower room with deep tub. Washer/dryer. The place is just adorable, we couldn't wait to get back to the room in the evenings to hang out there. The best air bb we've stayed in our 3 week journey through Japan.

Three adults and three dogs used it.I had a comfortable stay in a spacious and very nice room.The view was great, and I could see the Miyajima Torii from the window.I'd love to stay again next time I visit Hiroshima.Thank you very much.

The house is perfectly located within easy walking distance fron Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, and Okaido. The home is an older house and there was some clutter and dustiness, but it was comfortable and cozy. The house is a bit cold, but the host provided an electric blanket that kept the futon warm. The host was very communicative and, check-in and checki-out were quick and easy. We were able to leave our bags after check-out and pick them up later. We throughly enjoyed our stay in Matsuyama.

If you are looking for a very quiet and peaceful environment with Very Japanese like house, this is the place for the stay. You need a car to get it, but worth staying for the quiet night and pretty yard.

The location is right in front of the Matsuyama Ropeway, and the shops around the accommodation are cute and good for souvenir shopping. Okaidos Shopping Street is also nearby. The accommodation was more spacious and cleaner than I thought, so it was enough to stay alone. It would be enough for two people to stay. I arrived early because of the 7 am flight, but I was able to look around comfortably because you took care of my luggage. Thank you.

You can certainly hear the sound well.I was alone, so I didn't have to worry about the impact on the surrounding area, but I thought it was a trip for multiple people.

I was a little worried because there seemed to be fewer photos posted than other listings, but it was more spacious than I expected, and it was a satisfactory accommodation with plenty of dishes and a convenient washing machine! When I checked in, it smelled good, so it was nice, and most importantly, the bedding was fluffy, so I was able to sleep well. Also, the window was large, so it was nice that the sunlight came in well during the day. The veranda is also spacious, so you can enjoy a view of the Okaido neighborhood from the 7th floor. The interior was clean, sensible, and the books provided were nice. It was very good for the price!

It was a very sufficient accommodation for three people to stay. The bathroom or kitchen was clean, so I was very satisfied with the hygiene. The surroundings were also very quiet, so I slept very well. If you're going to Matsuyama, this is the place for you!

There wasn't much difference when compared to the photos. I think it was even better that the letter in the accommodation informed me of the beginning of the trip. There was a pamphlet of local tourist attractions at the entrance, which helped me with my trip. Thanks to you, I think I had a fruitful trip. The is the perfect location! After a long day of sightseeing and traveling my family was thrilled to see this location was right across from the ferry stop! The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. The host was helpful, provided great information, and responded immediately when we had an issue with the door code. We woke up early to see the O-Torii gate at high tide, which was around 6:30am on the day we visited. We were there before the ferries began arriving which made our visit peaceful and private. We were among the first people at the shrine which was absolutely gorgeous. Check the tides for the day you plan to visit. If high tide is before 7:30am, you should stay the night. It was the best decision we made.
