Matsi Maria Pipi house

It's a mixed-use cottage-like, slightly hippie house. Nothing makes sense here. The second floor of the building has 6 bedrooms and a large veranda with a master bed. On the first floor there are 4 toilets, 2 of them with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. The terrace is impressively large and the stairs lead directly to the sea. On the terrace of Pipimaja, it is good to strum the guitar on summer evenings and discuss world affairs, accompanied by the roar of the waves and the setting sun.
