Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

Farah was friendly and communicative. She responded to our conversation quickly and very much accommodating to our changes. The house was superb and located on a nice location. The bathtub was very much enjoyable after a long day under the sun.

I had a great 3-night stay at this apartment. The unit itself is spacious, very clean, and clearly well-maintained, nice night city view from each rooms. Everything was as described, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Dewi and Mirna, the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, and also flexible with check-in time, which made things very convenient. The building offers nice facilities like a gym and pools, which I appreciated. However, it's worth noting that it’s not directly connected to the main jogging track, basketball court, or other sports fields—just something to keep in mind if those are important to you. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Great environment and cozy area. Lots of locals who are welcoming & nice neighbors. Place is clean & fulfills the requirements of a beautiful well- kept apartment, the host was welcoming and helpful in providing more insights. Mall is within walking distance and movie theater is on the top floor.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so it's close to everywhere. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a large & cold refrigerator. Every room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons : Jammed on the way to & from work, it's a bit congested, that's normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less spacious. Check-in/check-out time straight 2pm-11am lol

The place is very strategic, close to the known Cikajang street with its famous Bakmi Boy Santa and the Pasar Santa itself. Everything is good and handy in the apartment, we like it very much. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this city view Airbnb. The view from the large windows was truly impressive sparkling city lights at night and vibrant urban life during the day. It felt like I had a front row seat to the heart of the city without leaving the room. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Natural light poured in during the day, and at night the skyline looked absolutely magical. I especially loved waking up to the sight of the city slowly coming to life such a unique and energizing experience. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress free.

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)
