From our arrival in the peaceful town of Talaonga and warm reception at Ocean Beach Resort, our two week vacation was far better than anything we could have expected. The resort is owned and managed by a family of educators/teachers in the most friendly and peaceful community of Bicol. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful moments as well as vibrant and energetic parties. We celebrated a birthday and bonded with family and friends during our stay. Swimming at sunrise and sunset and enjoying fresh ocean breezes during the day. Fully equipped kitchens made meal preparations fun and social for all of us. This is a warm and approachable family and host. We were given as much privacy as we wanted and were well received when we asked to arrange for food, cake, decorations and transportation of guests. This family knows everyone in town and enjoys bringing people together. I highly recommend Ocean View Resort and I look forward to returning soon to visit my new friends.

We enjoyed all the amenities at Alexander’s place, including the KTV. It’s not only great for families, but for colleagues like us! Worth the price and travel.

we had a great stay! the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. the place is great for family bonding.

The place is a hidden gem with lush surroundings, a peaceful sleepy town (ideal for resting and relaxing), and an incredible beach view—the best one could ask for! It's among the best spots in Luzon. As for the hosts, they were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and hospitable. However, do note that there's weak to no mobile data and network signal there. It might just be the best place to disconnect from the online world, exactly as you prefer. (They do have WiFi available although intermittent)

The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the little details that made it feel extra welcoming. The host was friendly and helpful, always available if I had a question or needed anything. The bed was super comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—exactly what we needed. It felt like a home away from home, only better. I left feeling refreshed and already thinking about when I can come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable place to stay! ☺️

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.
