The home was easy to find and very clean. We loved the beachfront and peaceful surroundings. We've been to Gloucester before and it is a cute little place to explore and has what you need. I would definitely choose this airbnb again if in the area! Thank you for sharing!

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Oyster Haven, that it is! Our hosts thought of everything. The house was well stocked and had upgraded appliances. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. The area is very quiet with beautiful water views. The back screened in porch was perfect for lounging out of the sun. We loved watching the Osprey build their nest and the bunnies hop around the yard. It was the perfect place for our Easter egg hunt. The mini private beach had beautiful sand and oyster shells galore. Lots of restaurants were close by with dine in or take out options. Some had water views. The food was fresh and delicious. Our favorite was White Dog Bistro. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Oyster Haven. Thank you, Kelly & Ben, for being such wonderful hosts.

Our stay at Whiterose Cottage was lovely! The home is beautifully curated, with charming floral touches that made it feel extra special. The screened-in porch was a wonderful highlight, such a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. It was the perfect size for our family of five, and our children especially loved going to the little private beach on the property during low tide and playing on the swing in the tree next to the house! They had so many extra touches our littles loved. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Mathews, just 15 minutes away. The town is full of charming shops, and everyone we met was so friendly. There was so much to see and do, but we also loved simply soaking in the beauty of the cottage itself. We would absolutely stay here again!

Chip & Courtney are great host that had no trouble communicating with my group & I. They too had a binder/folder with simple and easy house rules along with things to do around the area. The home itself was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for having us once again 😌

This place felt right at home, it felt so peaceful here. The views from the wrap around porch are amazing so glad we booked this place, can’t wait to come back in the summer to really enjoy it!

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Frank was a great host! We hit traffic and got in super late, and he was very accommodating! We hope to head back in the future when we can actually get to stay longer and enjoy some wine!

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

Charming Cape Charles getaway! I was so happy to find this gem and even more thrilled when I arrived. From the beautiful landscape of the gated community, to the southern charm of this glorious suite…I wanted for nothing. This enormous suite has all the comforts of home and the location was spectacular. The property offered not only a private beach on the bay , a community pool, a beautiful well maintained golf course, it was also a short drive to the charming town of Cape Charles. Dawn offered endless advice to her favorite restaurants, activities to do and places to see while we visited. She was just a text or call away if I needed anything. Her hospitality was beyond measure. I look forward to coming back.

This is our second, and not last, stay with Thomas. His place is immaculate and gorgeously decorated. And he’s the perfect host - accessible and never intrusive. He leaves thoughtful gifts and is just a great guy. We love the quiet, the pool, the lovely yard, and the beautiful walks around the place.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Jada's place was a great find! Great area, clean, peaceful. Jada was extremely responsive to the kitchen requests we made, having items delivered that day. And when the AC struggled to keep up w the heat outside she was on it! We will definately return.

I had a fantastic stay in Williamsburg! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. I would absolutely love to return for another visit. Highly recommend!
