Wonderful, homey getaway beside flowing creek with little traffic, less than a mile from the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead. This is not just a place for trail riders but has been used by people attending family reunions and local festivals. Creekside Lodge is within the town limits of Delbarton where there are several restaurants, a small general store, and soon to open Dollar General. Trail riders will pass a local gas station on the way to the trail head.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Matewan Jail…I was concerned that it being so close to the road and the railroad tracks that it would be noisy but in fact it was very quiet..loved the decor super cute and fun..I’m sooo glad this building was preserved..the jail very clean and comfy…would recommend anyone staying there

This place was a dream. We have stayed at over 20 places for H&M riding trips and this place takes the cake. We’re now spoiled 🤣. We will be back for sure, very clean very equipped kitchen clean hot tub and private outdoor areas for our kids to enjoy and explore nature! We loved how close the trails were and the ease of parking at the house. Plenty of room … having access to the hose to spray off our machines quickly and some of our riding gear was a great bonus! Truly couldn’t have asked for a cleaner more equipped place to stay! There was no detail left out! The host(s) respond within 10 mins and gave us some local suggestions to check out! We will be back

Clean and comfy house to stay in while riding trails. Host is always very responsive and very easy to work with.
