Diego was super attentive at all times when I texted him (and there were not a few, rs). The house is beautiful, and in very good taste. The location was OK. About the house, some considerations: - the brewery despite reaching very low temperatures, was unstable several times stopped and, at the direction of Diego himself, we had to turn off directly in the socket, which took a good few minutes to cool again; - we had problems with the shower in the middle room, it was not regulating the temperature, it was getting too hot, impossible to get in. Which was a bit boring, I even warned Diego, but there was not much to do on the day; district - the water tank was leaking, and I had to turn off the water in the register twice; - suggest putting glass glasses for guests; - the train constantly passes behind the house , including at dawn, but for us it was not an issue; - we did not have flexibility with the check-out because they already had people to get there. I RECOMMEND ⭐⭐⭐⭐

House on a large estate. We loved spending time on the wrap-around porch, in the pool, and at the table near the barbeque area. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. Great place for a relaxing retreat with lots of shade and nature.

I loved the stay so much! Casa Clean, organized, well equipped with the essentials for a quiet stay. I and my family fell in love with the view, sunset, house layout and pool and sauna. Wonderful barbecue grill, clean and very comfortable bathrooms! Thainá was very polite and helpful. My puppies were and loved everything so much. I felt security on the fence of the house, plus a well-kept garden!!!! I highly recommend the house, you will stay calm, well stayed and can rest a lot. It is an easily accessible area, but far from the city. Therefore, we programmed ourselves well to take everything necessary. We made campfire and it was great too. All wonderful! The house is very well located, has air conditioning in the room that has a suite, wonderful bed, very spacious home, well-equipped kitchen with pots, forks, dishes, glasses, everything we need. Super attentive and helpful host! My stay was very good, I recommend!!

The place is very beautiful, the garden was designed, calm, quiet and quiet, excellent place for rest! The bath on the balcony is TOP (but the hose was leaking a lot in the connection), the nets are delicious! The arrival street is not very easy to climb, because it was a rainy period, but it didn't get in the way. One of the described rooms we could not use because it is under the house, half outside, access without cover (inside a lawn mower with strong gasoline smell in the air, you couldn't use this room), we took the mattresses and put it on the floor of the larger room. We miss some kitchen items (pressure cooker and blender) but Hector was already making arrangements to leave it on site. Tv is great, internet signal ok, comfortable living room, spacious kitchen the huge rooms. We had a lot of falls and energy, I don't know if by the use of the tub or the rainy period! Our family in space was worth too much! Ah the BBQ area is also great, we do not use the sauna but the structure 10!

Host very cordial and quick in the responses. The place is extremely pleasant leaving nothing to be desired. The cozy space, with all the necessary utensils, quality linens, clean towels and availability for all guests. We hope to return soon.

Adrienne is always a sweetheart! Wonderful location, second time we've been and it's always perfect! My aunt is 91 years old and feels at home like all of us, mainly because it is very accessible for people with mobility difficulties! Adrienne, thank you so much again! We'll be back soon!

We loved the stay, our Christmas was amazing and the space was key to making it happen! Wellington was a great host, the space is excellent, we loved the convenience of the rooms having bathrooms, it has a lot of green area, very good leisure area and a lot of tranquility. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place! Full kitchen, comfortable rooms, very large house, airy. Perfectly accommodates the maximum number of people allowed. The owners are really cool! I personally did not meet Regina, but from the phone contacts I had with her, she responded very promptly. Mr Valter welcomed us and was also available at all times to assist us and answer any questions! Very nice person! We feel at home We'll be back soon, God willing!

The place is huge and all fenced in. We took our dog and he enjoyed it a lot and safely. Despite having animals on the property, they are fenced in. There are some chickens that are loose, but for us it was not a problem. The house is comfortable and with great gourmet space. We would like to return.

Ione's instructions made it easy to get to the site. The rooms were well clean and with new beds. Very good space for great families! We'll definitely be back!

The place is really wonderful. Top garden and direct access to the lagoon with a private ramp. The house is fully equipped. Nothing was missing. Everything in perfect condition and working. The internet works perfectly and there are many activities to do. The kids loved it. Samuel was always attentive and greatly exceeded expectations as a host. Congratulations on the property, thank you for sharing it with us and we will certainly be back.

Very clean and pleasant place. Good beds and kitchen utensils in general served very well.

The hosting experience was wonderful. The site is much more beautiful than it looks for the photos and surprised us. The place is huge, well organized and very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and barbecue area/gourmet space is very good. Very quiet place, easy access, you don't even need to hit dirt road to get there. The host Rodrigo was extremely polite with us and clarified all our questions, before and during the stay. We will return for sure.

The Chácara is delicious, great structure and José Augusto was very helpful! Before check-in he sent us a file with some travel directions and contacts that were very important, as well as greeting us with a delicious afternoon coffee. We spend amazing times as a family in the farmhouse. I highly recommend the space and would come back more often for sure!

We loved the place! great space to rest on the weekend! everything very clean and organized. Large space, with lots of vegetation and many birds! We loved the pool table and the pool. Caio helped us whenever we needed it. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back!
