The well-equipped kitchen has all the important tools (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Bathtub bathroom, dining table and TV provide comfort. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building without elevator. Parking is free. The Sóstó Zoo is a 5-minute drive and the city center is a 4-minute drive away.

The car can be parked in the yard or on the street, for free. The house has a communal courtyard.
