La casa muy amplia , la distribución de las habitaciones excelente, nosotros teníamos mucha privacidad en casa habitación y la sala y comedor muy amplios, la cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario, había un Oxxo enfrente de la casa, también frutería y carnicería, iglesia y puesto de taquitos la verdad bien ubicada , sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar ahí cuando vuelva a Matehuala

Great location , keep left after exiting the tunnel! This was our first time in Real de 14, we were there Sunday - Wednesday with the advantages of no crowds, we could easily walk to most attractions. Late January weather was near freezing overnight but during the day very pleasant and sunny ☀️ Pupé was accommodating and made sure we had what we needed , Mr. Lupe was almost on site and kept our car safe and secured in the private lot during our stay! We would definitely like to return with a bigger group next time 😉

Great basic apartment in very active, friendly neighborhood. Gated garage and pet friendly(no weird smells). There is a park on the other side of the block that draws many families and is active throughout the evenings for activities. Great stay! We will definitely be back!

secluded enough to have peace and quiet but 8-10 min. walk to town center. getting to the place it's a little tricky (which is what makes it peaceful and quiet) but the Host Trilce was very responsive and met us at he main Street to guide us in and was a very good host overall. kitchen is very well stocked and they provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. I reccomend this place if you want a modern looking, peacerul and quiet place. not reccomend for elderly or people with mobility issues.

Desde el inicio Paola se comunicó conmigo siempre muy amable, me dio instrucciones claras para entrar al departamento, además que contaba con estacionamiento muy cómodo y amplio, pues tengo un auto grande y cupo perfectamente. El departamento está impecable, muy bonito y muy acogedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia lo más parecido a estar en casa, además que tiene bonita decoración y muebles cómodos. La sala tiene buen espacio y TV con todas las plataformas para poder disfrutar. El baño amplio y muy limpio, igual con lo necesario para el aseo personal. La recámara también con muy buen espacio, cuenta con un escritorio muy útil para las personas que necesitan trabajar, además que la cama está increíblemente cómoda y permite un excelente descanso. Si bien la zona es céntrica, por las noches es tranquilo y no hay que preocuparse por ruido excesivo. En resumen, una excelente opción para hospedarse, la recomiendo ampliamente, tanto para ir solo o en pareja. ¡Gracias!

Muy buen alojamiento, limpio, camas cómodas, lugares cercanos para comer rico y a buen precio. El anfitrión respondía rápido y al pendiente en todo momento. Nosotros íbamos de paseo a real de 14, tomamos el alojamiento para descansar y cumplió perfecto su función. Sin duda regresaría.

Una agradable estancia con todo lo básico que puedes necesitar si vienes de paso. A unos metros hay una tienda de conveniencia, pero nada más. Siendo un lugar pequeño, no es lejos donde puedas encontrar comida y otras cosas. En sí, ni cinco minutos de distancia manejando. Gracias al anfitrión por sus sugerencias. Fue agradable también saber que el departamento tenía estacionamiento techado y seguro. Mi sugerencia para Hugo es que coloque una persiana o cortina en la ventana del cuarto, entra mucha luz y hubiera preferido dormir una hora más. El departamento no está ubicado en una zona de buenos ingresos, por eso yo le doy cuatro de cinco estrellas. Si me preguntan si vuelvo a llegar allí, con toda seguridad sí lo haría.
