We had a great stay and the place is very good for families, quiet and safe. The condominium structure is great and the house is super cozy. We intend to return!!

The condominium is perfect, quiet, but 5 minutes from the village. Multiple accesses to the beaches too! The house is IMPECCABLE! The brand new furniture, all the rooms with the support we needed. The balcony is beautiful (but very hot - hello Bahia!). The air-conditioning was our best friend, which only improved our stay! Flexible host with schedules and gave several tips about the place. We love it, it's worth it.

The apartment is wonderful, exactly as described in the announcement. I'll be back again. The condo exceeded expectations, an excellent pool restaurant with cordial staff.

The property was spacious and airy, mattress and pillows left a little to be desired but the rest is equivalent, delicious swimming pool, the garden of the condominium impeccable to the very good beach structure, with good meals with a fair price, for sure we will return.

I had already stayed at Marcus' house on two other occasions, and I would definitely stay other times . The house is simply perfect : close to the village, it has a direct beach exit, well-equipped kitchen, super quiet neighborhood, great swimming pool.

The house is wonderful! Very spacious, comfortable and inside a beautiful condominium. The village met our expectations well. We loved the transfer (in a van) that the condominium provides to the village of Praia do Forte.

The house is great and very well equipped. The condominio has an excellent leisure area with pool, gym, easy access to the beach and river. Luiz was a great host, sharing restaurant tips and leisure options in the region. We spent a weekend as a family and we will definitely be back.

A house worth staying at. Quiet and safe condominium, very close to the village where there are shops and restaurants, less than a 3-minute walk. Market and pharmacy in front of the condominium. The house is 400 meters from the beach, but access is flat, shaded and pleasant. I was with my little dogs and two elderly people, one with mobility issues, and yet it was quite easy to access the beach. The house has a great employee, Luciana, who gives great tips on the area. We hired Luciana separately to cook, and it was great. Good food, organized, proactive and punctual. The pool was not heated, but the temperature was pleasant. Eduardo's space is good for pets, as it is fenced and there is nothing that poses a risk to dogs. My dogs loved it and enjoyed it, We had a problem with hot water for bathing, which took a while to resolve, but in the end everything worked out and it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We really like hosting! The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for those who want to rest. The house was clean, organized, and with all services available as described on the website. The condominium is also quite calm, and the pool is great — my kids loved it, especially the part intended for children under 5 years old. On Saturday, the condominium got a little busier and there was loud sound in some homes, but the situation was quickly resolved. Other than that, everything was perfect. A true refuge of peace for those who already know Imbassaí.

The house met expectations. Good leisure area to rest. Swimming pool, barbecue, brewery, all working properly. Well-equipped kitchen. 4 Suites with air-conditioning, good dimensions and tidy. Condominium with few houses and easy to access. It is a 10 minute drive from the center of fort beach. Very helpful condominium staff. We were greeted by Livia and Edileusa who helped us with the cleaning and meals throughout the stay. Very helpful and thoughtful. Host responded quickly, kept in touch to see if everything was going well, helpful and flexible.. We should get back to hosting again.

We enjoyed Andre and Val's house very much. Very quiet, the house is on a dead end street. Very green with lots of trees. To the beach 10 minutes. On the way briefly into the river at the restaurant Graz It was fantastic. Our kids loved the patio. We didn't have a car. But no problem. The Tend Tudo supermarket delivers reliably and you already live in the most beautiful part of Imbassai anyway. We highly recommend the place

FANTASTIC! We recommend! Our experience was amazing!!! [March/2025] Great location!!! Near the TAMAR, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and general commerce. The apartment is all decorated, equipped and was very clean! It still has very good infrastructure! Pool area with chairs and umbrellas, freezers, 24-hour concierge and 2 parking spaces. The reception was good and the ease of check-in and check-out was also a positive point. The balcony is very nice, spacious and airy, with sofa and a table. The living room is small, integrated into the kitchen and has a sofa, TV, cabinets and air-conditioning. The kitchen is very equipped, has a table, minibar, fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove and many household appliances. The 1st room has 2 single beds, with 2 extra mattresses, very spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd pav room has 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. It's well worth it!

Very nice condominium, clean and organized apartment. André is a great host, gave all the instructions and gave tips on restaurants, beaches, and tours. The place is quite quiet and the locals friendly. It has grocery and a pizzeria nearby. It is close to Praia do Forte, which has a gastronomic center that is very full, you need to go by car. Super recommend.

Excellent, we were very satisfied, very cozy, everything very well cleaned, well-equipped kitchen, very good size, quite comfortable. Quiet and safe condominium. As for the host, Leandro, very helpful, he responded to us quickly. We only have compliments and recommend it without so much as a second thought. As for the distance from the village, about 1km, we went and came back walking, we only left by car for more distant beaches.

Excellent hosting at Praia do Forte. To begin with, the host Ricardo welcomed us into the listing, and in addition to showing us everything, he took us to the center to indicate better restaurants. The house is perfect for accommodating 2 couples, peacefully. More than that, I think it would be a little tight. The amount of energy we spent above the deductible was already expected, as we chose to use the pool heater for 2 days. And suuuuper worth it. Delicious pool, very tasty private area for an outdoor meal. A point to pay attention: are germinated houses. So you can have a neighbor on each side. In our case, it was carnival, and the other guests did not respect the law of silence. But we contacted Ricardo who soon helped us solve the problem. In any case, hosting is worth too much. Best beach region of the fort, and better hosts!

The site is perfect for those looking for tranquility, standing in the sand. Village is exactly the same as the description and photos of the advertisement, clean and ventilated location, ample space. The structure of the condominium is very complete pool, green area, playground and private parking. The staff are well-informed and attentive. We felt at home and will certainly be back!!!!!
