The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

I had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, well located and perfect for relaxing. The proximity to the beach made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

Had a great stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. Ar Conditiona in the living room and tv in the bedroom. The location is excellent, close to everything we need during the trip. The host was very attentive and responded quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely be staying here again!

Unica provisa that I have it is with such committee of the condominiums that settles in the area near the barbecue and lives in a panel apart. They are the owners of the space and even the amount of ice to be removed in the machine is controlled. Besides that, I only have to thank Leandro for the excellent receptivity!

Very attentive host, we really liked the apartment, very comfortable and met our needs very well. The Condominium is well wooded and nestled in nature (which for me is the strong point). In the pool area there is a restaurant that served us very well, which is a super positive point, since the condominium is a 17-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the village of Praia do Forte, as driving to the village is impractical. Anyway, we really enjoyed the accommodation and if it is available on our trips to this region we will certainly return several times.

Jesus' house is cozy and extremely clean and organized. The house is in a good location, close to the beach and the beach of the fort where there are restaurants and places to have fun at night.

For those who want the tranquility of Praia do Forte and don't always seek excitement, Lorena's place is ideal. Comfortable, clean, quiet, safe. And it is strategic to go to the most famous beaches, Praia do Forte, Imbassai, etc. I recommend the choice!

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. The location is perfect, close to the pool, the beach, close to restaurants and bars, you don't need a car for anything. The accommodation has everything, complete as described. We loved it and will always come back!

Wolmar's accommodation is beautiful, as advertised. Very clean and complete. Both Wolmar and the staff at the accommodation were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to rest, spend a few days with your family, the area is very quiet and you can access the beach, river and supermarket on foot.

The stay in Praia do forte was excellent. The apartment is wonderful and the same as the one described in the ad. Well decorated, organized, practical and clean. Near the check in, Lua sent several useful and practical information about the operation of the apartment and the condominium. Very good and quiet. Very attentive staff. We'll be back for sure.

Everything is spectacular. The complex is spotless. The common spaces are very useful and are constantly being cleaned/ taken care of. The pool is very much enjoyed in the evening hours since at 6 pm it is already night here. The plants and vegetation are very well cared for and give it a special touch. Regarding the apartment the location is close to the beach and downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is very tidy, clean to have an excellent stay. Good bed, good shower. Thiago is constantly communicating in case we need something and I give us a lot of useful information about the area

Surreal! The location of the condominium in Praia do Forte is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beaches and the village. The apartment is an excellent cost-benefit. And the host Lilian gave all the necessary support, responding quickly to messages. I hope to rent more often.

Cláudia's apartment is Nota 1000!! Very spacious and complete. It has everything you need to spend very nice days. The rooms have good beds and bedding, TV and air conditioning mto bom tbm. Large bathrooms and great showers! Quality and large towels. Huge beach towels and mta quality tbm. Living room with TV and air, the atmosphere is always cool. The kitchen is complete with all necessary utensils (has up to air fryer). Mto usable washing machine tbm! It has a balcony and garden. We love the barbecue, we use mto! The condominium is perfect, mto well cared for! Delicious Pool!! Beach we always chose to go to Buraco 19 because we were by car and we liked it there. The access is inside the condo itself. It has a closer beach right after the concierge, but we prefer that of the Buraco. The village always had loungers and shading for gnt. The nearest supermarket is mto near, on Praia do Forte and is outstanding!! It was a wonderful stay, we highly recommend.

A very well equipped house, with plenty ty of space, inside and out. Basically on the beach with the large town-village right behind. Most importantly felt safe and secure with porters and security men. Our daughters could happily walk around the beach and town alone. Of note, Praia do Forte is growing significantly so you have lots of restaurants and shops.. all within walking distance... But it does come with increased noise, particularly in the evenings as bars have singers etc.. So although all convenient, the town is not a quiet backwater. But the house compensates as it is lovely.
