Vacation rentals with beach access in Mata de São João

We loved our stay at apart H104 of Cond Ykutiba. Everything in the apart was new, clean and organized. I booked the last minute, sent msg and was promptly answered, we requested check in before the time and we were answered. We arrived at the concierge and the key was already available and soon after came to Edina, to inspect the apart with me... it was very polite and pleasant. We'll definitely be back more often.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen with everything you need. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool and organized, covered and secure parking. Only the check-in was a little late because our name was not at the entrance and we had to wait about 2 hours after the check-in time provided on the Airbnb platform to enter, as the apartment was not ready, we were waiting for cleaning, but overall it was an excellent experience.

Lugar is very quiet, the pool is heated, right in front of the lodging. Balanda is delicious. The house is equipped with everything we used to preside. Everything clean and high quality. Impeccable accommodation. The beach is a bit far away to go on foot. But by car is super fast. However, it does not have much beach structure. And the sea is a little hectic, not being very good for children. Marcus was always very attentive, responding to us very quickly. Great place to rest and spend a few quiet family days.

Jozairton's apartment is of very good taste,well equipped,extremely clean and functional. I had no problem with my stay. Also as a bonus we get a treat from the couple and we get tips of places to have lunch. Thank you for your welcome. Gratitude

Everything can be summed up with the legend of a painting in the apartment: "Meu Paraíso é onde estou" (My Paradise is where I am). Beautiful apartment in a dream location!! The best benefits of a 5-Star Resort... but without people!! And an impressive beach just a few meters away. A real paradise!! Impossible not to come back!!!

The place has all the amenities you can expect and more. It's in the middle of everything to do. The bed was great, super comfortable. Communication with Enio was always fluid and with helpful recommendations.

The location is perfect , lies between the main street of shops and restaurants and the beach. There the beach is not so beautiful, but it is possible to walk for 7 minutes to the beach of the hat or 15 min to the beach of the Lord (which is the most beautiful). Tamar Project next to see turtles. A point against is the noise of the street (you can't be a very sensitive person or sleep too early), but at 10 am or 11 am everything gets calmer.

I don't know how to describe my experience so satisfying that it was, the apartment is incredibly great, Patrícia and Adriane are very cool and are always willing to help with whatever is needed

Our stay at Christine's was wonderful. The house is even better than the pictures. Furniture, environments, bed and bath linens, decoration: all of quality and good taste. The staff members who were recommended to us, Nilda and Regina, were excellent: kind and proactive. Christine responds promptly with kindness and accuracy. The condominium is quiet, private and safe. The beach that serves the condominium is practically private and is located at a very beautiful point on the waterfront. It makes you not want to leave. We'll be back for sure!

A great option in Imbassaí! Local exactly as in the listing, extremely clean, well located, markets, bakery and restaurants very close by. You can walk to the beach. Street for access to clay lodging, but there was no difficulty, even with rain. House on shared land, but with complete privacy. It has all the necessary utensils. Very wooded, nice and quiet terrain. Paulo very attentive, responded quickly and kindly. Indico for everyone looking for lodging with these characteristics and I hope to return soon!!

What a great place! Beautiful settings, very relaxing from the moment we stepped our foot in the property. The breeze the goes though the whole house 24/7 is amazing. Adriana was an excellent host, very warm, welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Daniel's accommodation is spectacular, we had a great time there. Very clean, good location and safe. It has all the amenities for an excellent vacation. The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. Wonderful stay, with lots of privacy — at least during the period we have been staying. The apartment has a great structure to accommodate guests and, for those who want to cook, has all the kitchenware. We also take advantage of the pool area, with very attentive and friendly staff. And what about the beach? What a beautiful and exclusive view! The feeling of being on a deserted beach is simply stunning.

The stay was perfect! The place is super quiet, airy, corresponding with the photos and super cozy. The condominium is actually close to the beach, the market and several restaurants.

A very well equipped house, with plenty ty of space, inside and out. Basically on the beach with the large town-village right behind. Most importantly felt safe and secure with porters and security men. Our daughters could happily walk around the beach and town alone. Of note, Praia do Forte is growing significantly so you have lots of restaurants and shops.. all within walking distance... But it does come with increased noise, particularly in the evenings as bars have singers etc.. So although all convenient, the town is not a quiet backwater. But the house compensates as it is lovely.

I and my family returned for the 2nd time in Imbassai and the place we chose to stay could not be different, we chose to stay again in Wolmar's apartment, for the whim and every care he has in welcoming people into his house, he takes care of every detail and each of us feels special. Thank Wolmar ! We return home energized and with the certainty that soon we will return to Imbassai and certainly to your home that has also become ours for a few days. Carina Rigaud.
