Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mastihari

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Our stay at Yiannis' was perfect all around! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and activities. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade desserts and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

Kuzey's place was everything we would want from a holiday home. A fantastic spacious apartment,whilst being close to all the hustle and bustle that Bodrum had to offer it was private and peaceful even though you were a 5 minute walk from it all.

maria organised a taxi for us so we got easily to the appartement. it was very nice and the pipe pressure was exeptional for kalymnos. a plus was that the bike rental was just next door.

We had a wonderful stay in Anamne Zia. The sunset views were stunning. We were able to find some great restaurants in Zia, Fofi gave us good recommendations. The complex is beautifully designed, clean, quiet and well maintained with a lot of love. Thank you for everything!

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Great place in a great location. it was clean, had everything our group needed, and walkable to climbing, a beach, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Me, my son, and my wife stayed at this wonderful house in Zia village from August 17th to 22nd. It was definitely beyond our expectations, and we will certainly come back again. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Thank you for everything.

Sweet little rooftop studio with stars and sea view. Walkable to the beach, convenient to main road, and super friendly hosts.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Stamatis' house is centrally located in the Old town of Kos next to all points of interest (cafes,shops,restaurants, hospital) . The space of the house exactly matches the description is super clean with new electronics as well as beautiful decor. Stamatis on his part answered all our questions and suggested great cafes and restaurants for our best service on the island. I highly recommend Stamatis's place for a wonderful and comfortable stay on the island of Kos.
