The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

On 40 square meters you will find everything to escape the ordinary and enjoy the untouched nature of the Thuringian Forest. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet, no car noise, no busy road. There are hiking trails, carriage rides, Thuringian cuisine and much more to discover in the village and the surrounding area. You can use the outdoor sauna for a fee.

The 107 sqm vacation home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed.
