This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, with so many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Also, there is nearby great fish market and other Italian foods and owners seams passionate about cooking, so we found all necessary equipment to cook any dish at home and enjoy eating in big sunny terrace. The host was super attentive and made sure we were all set for a comfy stay. Even though we came in December, and it wasn’t as warm as we’d hoped (plus a lot of rain!), the apartment was super cozy and kept us nice and warm. Need to mention that apartment has its own garage so there are no problems with a safe parking for your rented car. It’s stylish, great value for money, and we’d definitely come back!

Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und wurde uns ein Parkplatz reserviert, da wir recht spät ankamen. Uns wurde ein Starterkorb mit Wasser, Spagetti, leckeren Olivenöl von der Familie, Tomaten in der Dose geschenkt, sodass wir einen Abendessen davon vorbereiten konnten. Es war sehr praktisch zwei Badezimmer zu haben, die Nähe zum Strand und zu Taormina für Tagesausflüge. Auf der Dachterrasse konnte man sich entspannen und einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber, die sofort erreichbar waren, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zum Abschied gab es sogar noch einen Espresso. Es war alles super sauber und das Bett auch bequem. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Minimarkts zum Einkaufen und ein paar Restaurants. Das Wasser am Strand war sehr sauber, da Kiesstrand, was typisch für Sizilien ist. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals ☺️☺️☺️☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Dario's place. The highlight was the spacious terrace where you can see the ocean, the city of Catania, and even Mount Etna when it's clear enough. Keep in mind that if you don't have a car, the location might be tricky. We had a car, so it was no issue for us. We'd recommend!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Meerblick im Obergeschoss. Sehr ruhige Lage. Schön renoviertes Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben spontan gebucht und waren einen Stunde später bereits in der Unterkunft. Vielen Dank dafür.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2x Doppelbett, 1x 2 Einzelbetten z.B. für Kinder) und Balkon mit Meerblick(!) in Giardini Garden, nahe Taormina. In Strandlage mit vielen Restaurants an der Uferstraße. Natürlich hört man auch mal die Autos und hupende Mopeds, aber insgesamt ist es relativ ruhig.

Doris and her family do everything to make you feel at home. If you are still hesitating where to stay, choose this place!! We were greeted with fruits and cake for us, advise where to go in the area and just overall a super friendly atmosphere. The place is extraordinarily clean and beautiful. Didn’t know it was possible but the terrace is even prettier in real life than on the photos! Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen made the whole stay perfect. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back soon.

Great view from the balcony. Second time in Sicily, but first time we have seen Etna eruption with lava. Everybody knows smoke and event dust on the car, but this time on first night and the last one Etna had a red lava eruption. You could see it directly form the house. When you come and there is no eruption, still the view is stunning, Etna is changing all the time, mist, clouds, smoke. All this across the bay and above view of Catania. To stay there you need a car, no services in a walking distance. House is fully equiped in all you need for your vacation. Very good contact with Andrea, who lives in the area. Thank you.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen an einem Strand, welcher zum flanieren einlädt. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen. die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna. wir hatten vor dem Haus immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. mit einem 10minütigen Fussmarsch am Strand entlang gelangt man zur Piazza mit Bar, Gelati, Restaurant. wie können die Unterkunft herzlichst empfehlen!:-)
