La Orquidea which opened in May of 2005 is the only private guest house snuggled in the crater on the shores of Laguna de Apoyo. It has been designed as your "home away from home" with complete kitchen, private bath, living and dining areas. Balconies from both levels of the home provide spectacular views of the cleanest laguna in Nicaragua. The tranquil enviroment is home to countless migrating and indigenous birds. We hope you will enjoy your time relaxing here, and soaking up the sun, taking a hammock on a two hour ride to nowhere or hiking the crater your house sits in. Casa Smart war planerisch die grösste Herausforderung, obwohl es das kleinste unserer Häuser ist. Wie klein kann ein Haus sein und trotzdem grossartig wirken? Offenbar ist es uns gelungen, die richtige Proportion zu finden...denn: Casa Smart wird von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt. Vielleicht liegt es am "Baumhaus-Charakter", der dadurch entstanden ist, dass Casa Smart im oberen Geschoss mit Fensterläden komplett zu öffnen ist. So kann man aus dem grossen Bett direkt in die Baumwipfel blicken.

Casita Mango is one of the two cabin we offer. It is located on the garden side with a nice partial view of the lake straight from your bed! We rent with A/C. Hot water and Smart Tv... everything you need to live long-term in full comfort while being in the jungle far far away from the city blues. Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

De tweepersoonsbungalow is een studio en geschikt voor alleenstaanden en stellen. Er is een stabiele WIFI-verbinding voor digital nomads. Het is hier rustig en het klimaat is aangenaam. Eigen huisdieren is niet mogelijk. Op 1.5 km ligt het stadje Masatepe, waar een supermarkt is en een dagelijkse markt voor groente en fruit.

This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. (There are 2 separate rental homes on the same area of land). There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, 300mbps internet throughout, 130+ Claro tv channels and a smart tv. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets.

Amazing View Cabin on Eco-Farm

This is one of the most unique places you could stay anywhere in Nicaragua. The cabin is on an eco-friendly working farm dedicated to biodiversity. We are located just 5 km outside of Granada on the highway to Masaya. From the farm you can see 5 different volcanoes and Lake Nicaragua. Your stay will go directly to planting trees. At present we have over 130 species of trees. You can hike to Laguna de Apoyo in one hour! The cabin has a private/indoor full bath.

Carpe Diem, European comfort in tropical setting

A beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern house in an amazing natural setting. Feels secluded but you are near to town and near many touristical attractions. As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
