Great location and super friendly + helpful lady running front desk

This was the perfect place to stay for our week in Singapore. A few minutes walk from two MRT stations, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Should we return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Only the furniture is old, washing machine keep pouring water 😅 overall it’s fine, location is good to go everywhere, owner is responsible

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

KC was an extremely caring and helpful host who proactively took steps to ensure our stay was smooth sailing. He also checked in during the stay to ensure that everything was in order. Would recommended anyone to make a booking with KC as he is a great host and easy to communicate with

Venus's place was well maintained, clean and she was responsive when we had questions regarding check-in. My friends who were abit more finicky about cleanliness were also impressed at how clean the place was. Would recommend for people who are traveling in bigger groups. Thank you Venus!!

Andy is superhost. The place is clean, cosy and comfortable. Host even provide toothbrush kits and coffee/tea packs for guests. We enjoy our weekend stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuns with my family. The place looks exactly like the pictures shared. Easily accessible, clean & pristine, safe & beautiful surroundings with walkable distance for good restaurants & massage. Overall , enjoyed my stay here and looking forward to be back again :)

Everything was perfect . Host very responsive and have great personalities. The room was clean and smells so nice as soon as you get into the house . Complete toiletries, utensils, and all the needs . I enjoyed my stay , thank you !

i came from ksl apartment before staying here. I can only say it is much cleaner and brighter, my family is very happy to stay here and finally i sleep better. If i can suggest maybe can put a desk in another room too and provide night lamp will be better. Overall a pleasant stay, thanks.

nice studio home..suitable for those with kids..near to JB Sentral..clean home..easy check in..only car park at 7th floor but its ok..overall recommended..

Cleanliness is acceptable even though the premise has a bit age. Worth for what you paid and suitable for a budget stay. Only one thing I dislike is the noise from the roadside, must put on ear plug when rest.

Host c/in instruction very clear that smoothen the c/in procesd Surround with serene neighborhood & nearby shoplot it was so conveniances. Just 5 minutes to Angsana Mall. Definitely I will choose this unit again in the future.

Ryan's place was perfect for our trip. The studio is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The self-check-in was seamless, and the view from the high floor is great. The amenities are the best part – the pool is incredible, and having access to a gym, sauna, and tennis court is a huge bonus. Excellent location close to eateries and shopping. Highly recommended!
